The shipping rates weren't updating earlier... That's the only reason for the 3 star rating. I wasn't able to place an order around 4:30 MST because of this issue. Worked just fine now.

Shipping took to long. I ordered nov 27th and I didn't receive my order until Dec. 12th. The tracking system only said it was recieved at the terminal. This needs improvement.

I loved the rain jacket! EXCELLENT fit and color! The customer service/delivery was superb! I ordered two and returned one and am sure that I'll receive the credit shortly.

For some reason I can't fill in the stars but put me down for all 5s. My wife got me new bindings for my bday and now I'm back for boots. I'll shop here again and tell people they should too!

The website is facile to use. The purchase was $170+ and shipping was $22 This came to over 40% of my season pass at Alyeska. I called to ask you to pick up a portion of shipping. No success.

But I did spend way too much...and wasn't sure if the bindings would have fit the board. They did.

This is my second purchase. I bought a surfboard last May for my birthday gift to myself and this year a wakeboard. I've been pleased so far and will continue to shop here.

My daughter sent me the link to evo.com with a picture of the snowboard she would love to have. Easy! Ordered it and it's a Christmas gift - shopping early and getting it done!

I accidentally purchased a pair of demo skiis. Called customer care and they set up a return and helped me place an order for a new pair. They were awesome to deal with!

Had to return other ski boots that were too small...got a cyber Monday discount on those and bummed that it didn't work out. Would have liked to gotten a similar discount on these...

Sales rep was very helpful. Eventhough it is advertised as free shipping, we had to pay for shipping to get the product to us within a week. We are happy with the service.

The product/services rating has yet to be determined. I purchsed board boots for my son as a Christmas gift so he has not yet been able to use them to give any kind of a rating.

The shipping was held up. It wasn't evo's fault, but UPS. However, I paid extra to get it on a specific date as I needed it by a certain time.

It thankfully arrived a day later.

I'm on my ipad and when I got to the end of my pay,net the frost time I was given an error. It said this servis is not available. I had to go through it again.
