The shipping rates weren't updating earlier...

The shipping rates weren't updating earlier... That's the only reason for the 3 star rating. I wasn't able to place an order around 4:30 MST because of this issue. Worked just fine now.

Shipping took to long
December 13, 2018

Shipping took to long. I ordered nov 27th and I didn't receive my order until Dec. 12th. The tracking system only said it was recieved at the terminal. This needs improvement.

The website is facile to use

The website is facile to use. The purchase was $170+ and shipping was $22 This came to over 40% of my season pass at Alyeska. I called to ask you to pick up a portion of shipping. No success.

The shipping was held up

The shipping was held up. It wasn't evo's fault, but UPS. However, I paid extra to get it on a specific date as I needed it by a certain time.

It thankfully arrived a day later.
