Lots of choices for what I purchased. Would have liked to receive more updates on delivery instead of having to go back to the initial email indicating the item shipped to find the tracking #.

Easiest in store pick up process ever. I was even able to exchange the time for a different size in the store when I found out it didn't fit as well as I had hopped.

Very good service and turnaround time. This is not my first time ordering from evo, and probably won't be my last. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to return my product due to a sizing issue.

Website is good, but it is difficult to shop for clothes when I will have to pay to return them if they don't fit, so I can only shop for one-size fits all type things.

I always look for best price, even if its a previous year model. If this site has the best price for something I need next time (not very often) then I will use it again.

EVO always delivers! On top of outlet prices I got a ten dollar discount...SCORE. So happy to say that EVO is an integrated part of Seattle's snowboard and ski community.

So far so good but I love how easy this site is. Right now I actually have to return something so I will see how that goes! Got my new stuff. Just waiting for my returned stuff to be refunded.

For the novice skier, I would recommended suggested bindings for selected skis. I was not able to speak to anyone at Evo due to after hours shopping online.

So far so good...this is a gift so I have not opened it and don't know if all the components of the gift are "good" or not. So my final review will have to wait until Monday.

Everything was as I imagine, however, my goggles were not packed correctly and there is a piece of it that is not flat to the rim of the goggles. I will be returning to get them replaced.

Jacket was very odd size - roomy in the top but tapered to where it is not usable in the hips. I will try to return it to the Seattle showroom since I am heading up there Wed.
