Update: I received the product, but was slightly disappointed with the condition of the item - some tears in the fabric.

Great price and wonderful boots. They seemed tight at the beginning but they fit perfect when I adopt skiing position. My size is a 9 and I purchased 25.5, it is perfect.

Price match was completed promptly and completing my price matched order was easy, even though I wanted to add to it. The customer service rep I spoke with was an absolute delight.

There are no reminders of safe shopping regarding your safe guards that, " you are providing for shoppers." Which doesn't give anyone a since of security which is essential on online shopping.

Other than shipping fee for expedited order, I was happy with ordering process...I felt that the price of the boots were above market value, but everything else I was quite happy with.

We had trouble creating an evo.com account...kept saying our password and confirmation did not match even though we retyped it several times. We still are not sure if we have an account.

Even when I enter specific info for a specific fit, other items populate that are not within the specific details I input. I had to return boots as they fit too tight.

Good filters. Allowed me to flip back and forth to another tab to make sure I was purchasing the skis with the correct features for what I do despite not being familiar with the terminology.

Shopping experience was good, a little disappointed there is hefty costs to ship to AK. Maybe a local store would be willing to partner with you to do local shipping / pick up, just a thought!
