Product was great just the wrong size. Customer service was difficult to deal with, no one seemed to know the return policies. But on my third call, I got someone to help me through the process.

The boots are great, good price too. The bindings on the skis are kind of lame, and I wish I got more info about them before purchasing. Even better would have been the option to upgrade.
