Don't shop with Evo

Don't shop with Evo. They may have good deals every once and a while, but they are false-advertisers. I bought a pair of skis that were pictured with bindings included and attached, but the skis came alone with no bindings. I contacted Evo Customer Service immediately, and the two people I spoke with didn't accept my plea to send me a cheap pair of bindings, like I was expecting to receive. The "best they could do" was to give me 15% off a pair of their bindings, so I ended up spending about $100 (65 for the bindings, 35 for installation) more than I had originally expected, and had to wait another 5 days or so until the new bindings came. One of the male workers I spoke with over the phone had no empathy for me, and acted like 'I,' the customer, was getting a "great deal" by having to spend more on bindings, and that I was in the wrong for not reading every Spec about my skis that I had purchased. Evo hires just about any "Dude-Bro" that is willing to work for them, and their customer service is horrible.

Shipping was fast

Shipping was fast. I received my product in a little over one week. And this is during the holiday season.
Product recieved was just as described on website.
Overall a very positive experience.

Price was 50% on sale, delivery was on time, and it rides very smoothly. Trucks a bit tight like usual longboards in the mail, but just adjust it to what you're comfortable with.

Maybe offer better pricing and discount on items. For example, the boots I bought weren't cheaper, they are priced exactly the same as all the other stores.

I found what I wanted at a great price. I'm not sure the Arcteryx Beta SL jacket is all it's cracked up to be. It's not completely waterproof. Shoulders and back did get damp in the rain.

Luckily the pants size large fit perfectly (I am 5f 3 and 156 pounds) but at the time of purchase I wished that sizing were made more clear on the web site.

Lots of options to choose from, the sizing chart for the wakesurf vest I purchases was WAY off. I typically wear a size L jacket but with this lifevest, I'm in a 2XL and it's still a bit snug but comfortable. I originally ordered an XL and when I tried it on, I called customer service because it was WAY too small and he was very helpful in terms of finding another size and taking care of the return/sending out a size larger right away. Excellent customer service :)
