Thanks for having the fairest prices anywhere. Thanks for the largest brand selection and for your prompt deliveries and free ground shipping. Skis, helmets,. The only thing I would suggest is to think about adding ski tuning supplies such as waxes. Vices, benches, files, tools, brushes. It's the only gap in your products and EVO may be missing that business completely. All new skis are not ready to ski when new. They require hours of hand tuning and much waxing. Every new pair I have needed to be stone ground flat and square then hours of setting base bevels, side edge bevels,diamond filed with several different grits and finished off by ceramic stone edge polishing to keep the edges harder, sharp and more durable. Then many hot scrape and hot waxing to allow the wax to penetrate the bases to glide faster and resist dirt and contaminants. All of these steps require many tuning supplies.EVO could offer new ski preparation for as an additional add on to new skis and as a customer service. Besides that EVO rocks!

Shipping was quite expensive, but it came in fast. When it came in a piece of the helmet wasn't attached, luckily there was still some adhesive so I could reattach it myself but I am worried that it could easily fall off again. Also, the recommended helmet size seem off. My head measures 61cm which is right in the middle of the large range, and yet the helmet squeezes my head. After wearing it for a bit it is now just very snug, but I wish there was space to wear a beanie and/or goggle strap underneath it. There's no way this helmet would fit someone properly on the far end of the large recommendation range.

I was very satisfied with every interaction I've had with EVO, until I received this Customer Satisfaction Survey that wouldn't respect my time - not allowing me to confirm my total satisfaction (marking that everything was perfect apparently wasn't good enough for your Survey) without leaving a written comment about my experience.
I went from 100% satisfied with EVO to now feeling something much, much less. - all because of this one clear indicator that EVO does not respect my time.
If you want a satisfied customer, do not disrespect my time.
So long as you REQUIRE written comments you will have at least one dissatisfied customer - me.
I'll not be responding to your Survey again in the future.

Shopping experience was generally positive. I like the amount of filters you have because my needs are so specific it would've been prohibitively painful to sort through on my own. Your prices were also competitive / superior to what I've seen elsewhere.

Although it was annoying when I was forced to use paypal when trying to use an international credit card. Paypal snagged, so then I had to switch cards. Not exactly your fault, but still annoying.

PART 2--
Subsequent to my initial order it became clear that my order was snagged as potentially fraudulent (I ordered using one of my US credit cards from outside the US). The ensuing delay almost made me unable to receive my shipment before leaving the country. However, when I called you guys at customer service, you were extremely helpful in rushing the shipment out so I would receive it in time. I didn't expect that you'd be able to make it happen, so I was very pleasantly surprised. So, although you delayed my order initially, the way you responded to my customer service query by rushing the package was such a positive experience that you've earned me as a loyal customer and brand evangelist moving forward.
