As I purchased my burton custom BLEM I was aware that there would he minor blemishes according to the description but there was more than a blemish, it was more like minor damage to the base by the tail. I would have thought that a blem was merely cosmetic to the opposite side of the board and not the actual base

Recieved no confirmation that my order had been shipped and couldn't find any order history on my account. Had never used Evo before and thought I had been scammed, but all went well in the end and my order even arrived early.

Your store in Seattle that my house is a 3 minute drive from is a madhouse. No parking worth speaking of. Week long waits to have bindings mounted. Really need to open a place elsewhere or expand.

Easy to find what I needed of course it would have been nice to save more on my order. The color looks a little different in person compared to online, but that's to be expected I guess.

Hi, great experience in general. Board was a Christmas gift for my son. Only minor issue was I just found out the price of this board dropped by $** from when I placed my order on 12/16/13.

I entered a business name that didn't show up on label &UPS didn't know where to deliver. I walked around Vail & found a loading dock for deliveries & driver gave me. Order 2 day late too.

That's the second time I buy from Evo. I got my snowboard and bindings and now I'm getting new boots. So far so good. Very honest, quick and the assistance during the chosing process was very usefull.

Unfortunately the items didn't fit me but the returns were easy. Great, friendly in-store staff here in Seattle and I would expect the same to be true of the other retail locations.

Evo is great to purchase from. Helpful staff when needed too. I recommend eve all the time to my boating friends! I wish evo would sell waterskis and associated equipment as well!
