I recommend that you add a "don't know" option to your starred answers. I bought the item for my daughter as a gift; she hasn't tried it yet. Your answer tally will be wrong.

The Giro helmet I ordered ran small so I'll return it and get one size larger. In another store, it ran true to size. But shopping Evo was a great experience with excellent prices.

My only gripe is that when purchasing an item for roughly $100 I would hope for a faster shipping time than 1 week. Other than that, everything was perfect, easy and priced very nicely.

My skis had broken through the bottom of the box from riding upright in the shipping truck I'm assuming. This would be something that happened on ups's end of things and not EVO's fault.
