Excellent. Ordered a new item identified as blemished. I received it in the mail and took several minutes to find the blemish, which was very minimal and only cosmetic.

Through no one's fault but my own, the boots I ordered are a little small. I still need to contact customer service about a possible return/ exchange for a size larger. Evo has been great.

The helmets I tried on with same size range have inconsistent fit. I'm not sure if it's because of different construction or what, but it would be nice to have detailed fit guides for helmets.
