As a dedicated gamer, I've always been drawn to the allure of the dark side, and the Evil Xbox Controllers perfectly embody that appeal. From their sleek design to their ominous color schemes, these controllers exude an undeniable sense of power and sophistication.

One of the most striking features of the Evil Xbox Controllers is their attention to detail. The matte black finish, coupled with accents of deep crimson or electric blue, creates a visually stunning aesthetic that demands attention. Holding one of these controllers in your hands feels like wielding a weapon forged for champions.

This is a very well made product. The components don't feel cheap and is a great pro controller. My favorite aspect of this controller were the paddles they implement on the ps4 controller. They're easy to press and are far better than what's out there. I do wish they had these paddles for the ps5 controller. Furthermore, shipping wasn't ridiculous like some of these other pro controller companies. My controller was behind a week, but I talked to a representative and they shipped it out the next day. Great customer service. Overall, this was a great experience compared to other pro controller companies out there.

Purchased an "accessible" controller for my disabled son a year ago. After ten months the d pad stopped working. I contacted Evil and they said it was covered by warranty and send it to them for free repair. I used tracked delivery to send it to them. After two weeks they sent me an email that my "ticket was closed" and I could rate their service. Well no controller has come back, and no response to my email queries. They probably sold my son's controller to some other dupe.

I would have been better off trying to fix it myself.

Received this controller and loved the features that were included in my custom order.
The only small gripe I have with it is the back buttons, they are a little to flat for my liking and wish they stuck out a tad bit more or if they could have provided a back paddle option such as like their PS4 paddle shifter. Reason being, I have small hands and a little lift of the buttons would help with convenience on pressing them a bit easier. But I got creative and add clear circular bumpers (the ones that are for furniture) and placed them over the buttons and the controller is now perfect for me.
I definitely would recommend this controller to friends, family etc. The quality is OEM like if not exactly OEM as some parts are used from an original Sony controller

My son appreciated being able to make his controller how he wanted it and his color/pattern of choice.

The controller came to me exactly as I expected and I enjoyed it. It had everything I wanted and definitely blew me away when I had seen it the first time. Definitely worth it for 200+.

It works perfectly and could not ask. For more. I have Had it for awhile and everything work perfectly.

Slow shipping, Terrible customer service, almost took 2 months to get the controller, I have emails of the customer service guy telling me they shipped my controller when they clearly didn't, because weeks after I got other emails that my controller finally shipped and not to track it so often because of the slow shipping. They got 2 stars from me because everything worked as advertised on the controller.

Overall great service decent delivery time, no false promises. Great product and service 🔥

Was late to get my controller. Took about a month and a half. Many failed attempts at hearing back from customer service.

The projected estimate delivery time indicated that I would be able to get the controller delivered in time for the recipient's birthday. I even paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure that the controller would be delivered on time. Instead, I waited months before the controller showed up. I was also never sent a tracking number and had to go to the site to seek updates. Overall poor ordering experience.

It was really easy to use with my hand but the cord was touching my neck every time I played with my chin.

The menu seemed pretty hard to navigate for regular people. You definitely need to have a gamer order this product

I had no issues. I emailed 1 question about shipping status and they responded quickly.

When controller 1st came, mods would not work. Contacted customer support immediately. Had issues with customer support some of which are admittedly my fault. Sent controller back to be fixed and received a working controller a week and a half later. Overall, it's a good controller. They stood behind their product and fixed the issue at no cost to me.

Have many controllers from pretty much every brand on the market. Evil from an option (add ons available) selection and ease of site use, by far the best. Quality of add ons much stronger and last far longer. Whether your a Fortnite gamer or COD, they have an option. Just far superior in their build quality. Quick turnarounds on delivery, even International.

After significant confusion - admittedly by my own misunderstanding, Adam patiently answered all my questions and ensured my order was accurate.

Bought this on Dec 22nd 2023 and only got it on Jan 16 2024. The home button randomly flashes, the y button randomly presses and lastly I can't even remap my shift paddles with how long an order takes you'd think the controllers would be perfect but no. I can't even play any games with it since the y button presses randomly and gets stuck it's like a rapid fire on the y button

Quick and painless. Finance offered. So far, so good. A month or two of use and no complaints.

Love the controller, other than the Joysticks are out of sink, and I get a lot of drifting.

Setup several appointments, but never got a call back.
