Slow shipping, Terrible customer service, almost took 2 months to get the controller, I have emails of the customer service guy telling me they shipped my controller when they clearly didn't, because weeks after I got other emails that my controller finally shipped and not to track it so often because of the slow shipping. They got 2 stars from me because everything worked as advertised on the controller.
Bought a few controllers from them in the PAST with a much better experience. With this experience I'm not sure if I will shop with them again. I know I will Definity stop advertising them to friends and online.
* EvilControllers attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
The controller was a bit expensive but u get a A+ product. I'll definitely buy from you guys again.
