This company is ridilous. Ordered control on March 31st and paid for expedited shipping and handling. However company was out of soft plays color I ordered and did not contact me about it, didn't know this was part of hold up until I called them a week ago to ask where my controller was, since them my order has been processing and I received two form emails stating that controller was in quality assurance testing. When I asked gentleman about expected arrival date he refused to answer and instead spoke on quality control needing to be done.
Called back today during business hours no one answered. Deeply dissatisfied with customer service standards and the farce of adding charges to an order that will have no priority whatsoever. I hope the controller quality is better.

Was easy to customize online and order can get pricey based on what you want but not to different than other companies with less customization. I got some cosmetics and re mappable paddles and pro tension right stick. I paid extra for rushed processing which wasn't the wisest choice during this virus shut down but they answer all my emails quickly and threw in a controller case since it wasn't delivered by the time it would have been if they were operating with a full staff but still got here in 5 business days!

I bout as controller here before and desired I'm sick of all these people who use mod cotrollers on cod killing me so I Desiderio to try one out

I was surprised to see the controller arrived. Very good paint.
I was surprised again by using it. This controller is very useful. Added buttons are better than expected.
Playing the game has become easier and the game feels more fun.

Seriously not what I imagined. The "sweatproof" controller grip is disgustingly cheap. You even have to put it on yourself. They don't apply it for you. For 200 dollars they should. Not to mention the price of the grip alone is so disgusting for what it is. It's like the puzzle piece foam things you sat on in preschool and kindergarten. Absolutely disgusting. I hate scuff controllers so I thought I would give this company a try. I would rather buy a scuff that break vs this. I ordered the remapping buttons (not paddles) totally not natural. The buttons are so low compared to how i hold my controller. I barely even use them. I'm shipping the controller back for sure. Very disgusting overall experience. Buyer beware... the only good thing about the controller is x square triangle circle buttons have a very fast press in time. The triggers sound like a mouse. So it gets really annoying really fast. I have the Bose QC35ll. But I would rather listen to the game through my harman kardon 7 channel surround system setup (klipsch speakers) cuz it sounds way better. Also if you play rocket league. Be aware the triggers are basically a mouse clicker. So you are either 100% or 0%... no pressure. U can't just go slow or semi fast...

I play call of duty and the right stick sensitivity is very high as instead of turning my aim it clicks in and does the melee command

Shopping on the mobile app was really easy and nice.

The Team was very helpful in helping me chose the right controller for me and the delivery was very fast. Way over priced product tho elites are much better quality for cheaper paying for the ability to mod it I guess. Customer service was excellent tho. Quality is meh.

It was easy to order online, customer service is good.

This controller is great! For 3 months. Then it breaks. If yours lasts much longer, consider yourself lucky. I'd read several reviews saying the durability was a huge issue with them only lasting a few months, and I wish I had listened.

Here's how my experience has gone:
Placed an order in July. Received the controller in August (around 1.5 months later, which is reasonable-ish)
Worked great until November, and then I had 1 paddle go out with another one going out.
I sent it in for repairs, which they have great warranty for. But sadly, the reason they probably have this warranty is because deterioration and issues are commonplace and expected.
I did not get my controller back until the end of Januarythis repair process took 2 months.
Got the controller back, and I've put minimal usage on it until recently, and now (March), my controller is short circuiting and none of the paddles work and are unable to be remapped.

It's entirely frustrating to invest so much money and get such little quality. I purchased a skin, new directional buttons, new input buttons, tactile triggers, and the SHIFT paddles.

Overall, the durability is a joke. Don't invest in the shift paddles unless you want to get stuck in the same cycle of breaks and repairs like me. I do love the tactile triggers, they're great. Maybe the buttons are more durable than the paddles? Lastly, I will at least give some credit, as they may have slow timetables but their customer service is helpful and friendly.

Oredring process was very easy and delivery was quick. They bring said one module is having a problem, it streets to not allow me to move in the downward right direction. After recalibrating the controller it will work for a while maybe 30 mins or but then it begins happening again and I have to repeat the process over.

Super easy to customize and order a controller. The controller itself is super easy to program but a full booklet on how to change all the mods would be great

It was easy to navigate the system. Hopefully, the controller is well put together and not fragile

Awesome controllers and great products. Just wish the customization was a little more in depth. Like the triggers and bumpers.

Love everything but the "cheapish" feel of the controller. Not sure why it has a Chinese crap plastic feel?
Also a good thing but weird, I received the item at home several hours before getting any shipping info? Weird but awesome delivery time overall

Was not told that they can't ship it anywhere except the billing address of the card holder. This should be a warning for any collage student since most still hold their old cards and are not in the same town.

Great controller. It arrived sooner than expected and was everything that it was described it would be. Thanks for an awesome product.

Wish there were more color options for the Xbox one controllers!
