What a crappy work of garbage. I sent a pic of my son and his father to be engraved for xmas. It looks more like a hologram. I called and waited on hold for 45 minutes and finally hung up. I'm going through my credit card to get my money back. Buyer beware!
After paying $45 for a customized necklace plus extra for a necessary expedited shipping, I never actually received the necklace. It clearly said on my confirmation email that I typed the correct address, yet they transferred wrong information to the shipping company. It has been a complete nightmare to work with Eve's Addiction as they would only shift the blame and be completely unwilling to resolve anything. Extremely disappointed, and I'll just stick with Amazon, who understands how to send items, and has a reliable and welcoming customer service if anything goes wrong. What a blown birthday present, and waste of $45 that I'll probably never see again thanks to their mess of a service.
Ordered 2 bracelets with pictures on them. Received them and was shocked when I looked at them. Looked nothing like what they show when you personalized it. Could hardly see the picture. Will not refund my money. And giving me the run around. There goes those Christmas presents. Would be embarrassed to give them to someone
Bought an anklet for my daughter that was totally overpriced. Then it broke the first time she wore it. They charged me $17.95 to repair it. Customer service was awful. Just kept sending the same email over and over. I'm not sure if it was automated or if an actual person was responding. I would NEVER buy anything from there again. I do not recommend them at all.
I ordered one engraved bracelet and then tried again since it didn't send. I then noticed a "proof of address" e-mail so I sent it attached to the second order. The bastards then sent me two of the same bracelet? Common sense could tell you that I only responded to one shipment. Nice way for them to get an extra $153.00. Called customer service and that was a waste of time. No help just a $20 gift card for a later purchase. Wont need or give to anyone because this place is a scam!
There was a mistake made in my order that I emailed about getting fixed right away because their 24/7 chat was not up and running. My email stated that my order was not going to be placed till the next day so I felt that I had reached out early enough. Once I called the next morning as well they told me nothing could be done and I would have to place and new order. They offered me no compensation at all. I will NEVER order from here again as the way they dealt with their customers was absolutely ridiculous and should really take a look at how they treat their customers who spend hundreds of dollars on their products
I spent 60$ and ordered a pretty necklace for my mom on Mother's Day. When I placed the order it was May 1st and now on May 8th (mothers day) the necklace has still not arrived. This joke of a company has also been ignoring my emails and act like I'm not going to get my money back. This is the worst company I've ever ordered from and their customer service is horrible. Don't waste your money with them because you'll lose your money and never will see the item you bought. I'm beyond upset. Thanks for ruining Mother's Day Eves Addiction. What a joke.
There is no visual means of verifying personifications when ordering. So, it's ends up as guesswork and needless stress.
The clasp for the necklace is incorrect and cheap looking.
Overall, it was a very disappointing product and experience.
I paid extra for 24 hr shipping and I won't get my order until New Years! I have screenshots of the website saying that if I order now I will receive before Christmas! Please don't trust them unless your planning on gifting a week after ordering! They ruined my Christmas!
I ordered a leather bracket with a sterling silver plate engraved with the name of my beloved horse that had recently passed away unexpectedly.
What I received was a thin, cheap plastic looking dog collar looking item, that might fit a small Chihuahua, with a shiny metal plate crimped around it and barely legible etching on it.
I can hardly see through the tears to post this :(
Let me start off by saying I believed in this company at first because of this looks and prices at time. Then when it came to my personal order not being located customer services was terrible. I complained and they told me to talk to me neighbors. Never again will I order from this so called business. What a joke. "Talk to my neighbors" how about how can I help settle this issue" or sorry about that, don't come talk to me like a person off the street. You lost a customer.
This company is a scam. I ordered some jewellery for gifts. They double charged me and then refunded me extra charge, except, it wasnt the same amount. Then they kept taking my money, it kept showing on my online banking as Eve's Addiction retail purchase. I never even made a second purchase or 4 more after that. I had to cancel my bank account and report it.
I bought a baby bootie necklace for my sister, a new grandmother. It came in 2 days, is beautiful, the quality is wonderful and the price was tremendous!
I recently ordered a 12 stone mother ring and forgot to fill out the last 3 stones on the form. This silver ring with 12 stones is $37.80 total price. They called and left a message. I emailed today, Sunday evening. I received an immediate reply, detailed, saying the order is being processed and will be sent in days. I love this company!
Although i read reviews but i still went ahead to order a customized jewelry from South Korea, despite shipping over-billing, i am still unable to check status or track my order. Customer service will not reply my email and its like i cant contact anybody to assist. I just hope i get my item delivered and thats the end of business with eves addiction

I received the jewelry box with no necklace and it wont be here until a week after her birthday. Cannot get in touch with a live person. So disappointed a company can operate this way - it should be shut down. I wish I would have never ordered or found this website. I am so upset that now I have to find a jewelry store to jump through hoops to get one made in the next 2 days but I am sure they can do this with no problem.
Ring sized too small and engraving isn't visible. Saw the bad reviews and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I don't think I'll ever order from them again. I'm not going to ask for a refund because judging by the comments I won't get it. I'll just take my losses and order another ring through a more reputable dealer.
I will never and I repeat never waste my money or time with this company again. They lost my package that was for a Mother's Day gift. I spoke with one rep that LIED n stated that the package was out for delivery. Little did she know I live right down the street from the post office. I went to confirm and guess what after tracking the package and speaking with the post lady. The package was never even received. Then they had the audacity to offer me 20% off of a order n a reship where I would have to wait five more days... absolutely not! I expressed i wanted a refund... we will see how that goes. Paid $78 total for a bracelet with personalization the bracelet itself could be purchased at Claire's in the mall for $10. The plate looks like tin. The custom words are not legible. Not worth $20 all together! Don't buy.
I wanted to buy a silver chain. I entered by debit info and then it said they don't accept debit which was fine. 2 hours later I check my account and they had taken out $50 of my debit account. I called and asked why and the man would only repeat the same answer and not further investigate. Near the end I could hear people in the background laughing and I could hear him trying not to laugh as he was talking to me. As a person who works in a call centre myself, I'm very unimpressed with this customer service.
