Although you probably will not find high quality jewelry here, I enjoy shopping on this merchant's website to purchase items you will not find in your local jewelry store. They offer a wide selection of costume jewelry at very reasonable prices. I recently ordered a sterling silver Italian horn and am very pleased with it. Their customer service is also very good. Most items are available with free shipping.
I've ordered three items from this site. Once the ring didn't fit, which was my fault because I kind of guessed on the size. At first they told me they were out of the size I needed but somehow they managed to find one anyway and have it sent to me quicker than originally quoted. I've always been thrilled with the products. They are beautiful for the price. I must mention I only ever order silver.
On their homepage it clearly stated "30% off all orders plus free shipping on all orders" ALL orders. After placing my order I noticed I still got charged $8.95 for shipping. I emailed them and asked for it to be refunded. After 3 back and forth exchanged they stick with, the free shipping was on first class option only (although is never stated that) and that since my order has already shipped, they can't do anything about it. So they are refusing to refund my shipping cost even though it was a screw up on their site.
To be fair I have to add this to my review. Eve's Addiction reached out to me about exchanging the ring. After leaving my negative review. They said I could exchange it for a different size. I'm almost afraid to after reading everyone's reviews. At least I will have my credit card and Paypal behind me if needed.
I purchased a birthstone ring from Eve's Addiction.com. Although the ring was nice. My granddaughter wanted a bigger size. They refused to let me do an exchange. It wasn't personalized with engraving. Just the February birthstone. It's ridiculous that they won't exchange. No one is ever going to purchase a February birthstone ring from them in the future? They did offer me 30% and free shipping on a new purchase. So big of them. I will never buy anything from them again. Be warned!
I purchased a small pair of half in hoop earrings customized with 3 birthstones. The stones are much smaller than they appear online. You can barely tell the colors. They were advertised as sterling. A card with them says they may discolor (as sterling sometimes does) but it also says not to use a polishing cloth on them. I have used those cloths my while life on sterling and have never had an issue. I question if they really are sterling.
Originally, I had received a purchase that had broken during its shipment, but I emailed them via customer service, and they responded within less than 24 hours! I have my new purchase already on its way, and it was free!
Ordered a pair of earrings as a Christmas gift, the website advertised delivery to Canada between 7-10 days. I ordered the earrings on November 20th and received the earrings on December 16th. The earrings were cute and as ordered (custom stones), the quality was as expected for less than $100 CAD. A very nice, affordable set of earrings for our grandma.
I bought the Three Peas in a Pod silver bracelet as a Christmas gift for my sister and I can't gift it because it would be much too embarrassing. The quality of the product is insulting. You can literally see the glue that holds the stones in place. So cheap looking. Absolutely terrible.
All of what is listed about the customer issues with this place is absolutely true. They did not pull through for the "expedited" shipping and didn't even refund the full cost of the shipping after failing to complete what we paid for! $126 bracelet felt apart in days. This place is a joke. And good luck getting someone competent on the phone, I have yet to and have called several times with 0 resolution to what is seemingly a simple issue.
A terrible experience from beginning to end. I ordered a ring for my husband and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. On day 5 I was starting to worry, so I contacted customer support who argued with me that they were still "on schedule" for the shipping. I ordered the ring on Tuesday, December 20th and did not receive the ring until December 28th. When the ring did come, the "engraving" is hardly visible, literally cannot see it unless I shine my flashlight on it. The quality of the ring was not worth the price, not nearly. I could find better jewelry at a childrens store. The ring itself is also huge, my husband wears a size 10 which is what I ordered and it is absolutely not true to size and cannot be resized due to the material it is made from. I spoke to customer service for an exchange since the sizing was off and I received it way later than expected. The woman on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Never again will I be ordering from them, or recommending them to anyone.
Ordered a monogrammed necklace for my daughter that lost her dog with his name. Very rusty looking, terrible. Got nowhere, today finally they decided to give me 30% back.No replacement, no refund.So if you order something they say is good and it's not, you are stuck with it. They lost 2 more customers.
I have ordered from this website twice before and the other products were fine although smaller than expected. I recently order my sister an acrylic name necklace which broke in half while she was wearing it!
I bought a necklace online in August. I have emailed the company to either get a refund or change my shipping address which they notified me was wrong. There's no response except for daily emails advertising the company's sales. Most frustrating online shopping experience I've ever had. Avoid buying anything from here!
The website offers next day shipping so I felt comfortable placing an order and assuming that it would be here in time to give as a birthday gift. Not so much! I ordered on Saturday, it shipped on Tuesday, it is now Thursday afternoon and there is still no tracking information. It reads "on its way to USPS", 5 days after ordering. I have contacted customer service 4 times and have received nothing but one line responses about when it was shipped. Not a single we're sorry, let us make this right. Maybe their jewelry is nice, but I can't recommend a company with so little regard for customer service.
I recently bought an engraved heart bracelet with my friend's wedding date for a bridal shower gift. You can barely see the engraving because it is so faint. It needs to be held up to a light to see it. It was also not centered properly. However, there are no returns personalized items. I am never buying anything from here ever again.
Received a chain and it came broken, missing birth stones. I wrote to them and they didn't even respond. This company will be out of business soon. I wish I had looked at the reviews first. Try Origami Owl. Much better quality and service
My engraved heart necklace, of my cat, was missing it's mouth, half an eye, and nose. It's really unbelievable they thought I'd be satisfied with this. Customer service was no help either. They got paid. That's all that matters. Satisfaction is not their priority
Do not give Eve's Addiction your business! They are deceitful and sell low quality jewelry at high quality prices. Customer service is disrespectful. Refuse to refund. Take your business to a more trustworthy company. I found a real gold necklace for the same price that Eve's Addiction is selling gold plated cheap silver necklaces. I cannot cancel my order so I'm out of money spent on overpriced garbage.
I ordered 3 items from them and only received 1. I called customer service who told me the company made a mistake and they would rush my remaining 2 orders via overnight shipping. I did not receive the other 2 items so I called again and was informed the warehouse made ANOTHER mistake and I would not receive the items for another week. I asked for a supervisor as I am frustrated with all of the mistakes, but was told no one was available. I ordered these items two weeks ago for my daughter's birthday which is today and all they could say was "we will give you $17 back since it didn't come on time". I am livid! This is horrible customer service! Do not order from them! They used to be reputable but are not any more and Google does not allow additional reviews on the company. They are not the company they started as and the customer service is terrible! Do not waste your time or money!
I thing the jewelry is absolutely beautiful and at reasonable prices. I received the goods only three days after ordering despite the fact I live in Denmark (Europe). However, FedEx has done nothing right. I really wish it was possible to pay for customs online. Why not?
