I wish I had read the reviews about Eve Addiction before I ordered anything from them. The quality of the locket n chain was literally dollar store quality! And the engraving was sooo pathetic you could hardly make out what Anything said!. A complete waste of money!. I don't understand how they are still in business, considering they make themselves out to be a site offering quality sterling silver jewelry. But the item you receive is at the throw away junk level. And their prices definitely do not match what you receive - Total rip off!

"I ordered from Eve's Addiction. I spent $60.00 each for initial gold engraved initial pendants for gifts. The first ones came back all scratched up and I returned. The 2nd time they did it, one was passable, but not the other. They said it passed their quality control and nothing I could do about it. What a waste of money. The other earrings I ordered were ok., but if you order, do not have anything engraved. They blamed the scratches all over the pendant on the necklaces. Bad, bad, bad.
Their Customer Service was efficient, nice and prompt. I just think this company has no business engraving items.

Dirty Tactics

They follow a dirty tactic of sending you $#*! because they know that half of their customers won't reach out to their support team to get their janky jewelry fixed. I received 2 pieces of jewelry that were obviously badly put together and extremely sloppy, I ended up reaching out to them and they immediately fixed the issue both times, but unfortunately that's not the case for many people. They quickly throw together their $#*!ty jewelry just to get it out the door I hopes that the people purchasing their jewelry won't come back and complain about the $#*!ty quality. Don't fall for the $#*! they try to pull and take your money elsewhere.

WRONG SIZE AND NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

The customer service is terrible. I ordered a ring in the size 10 1/2 and they gave me a size bigger. However my ring was personalized so that was their excuse as to why I couldn't exchange it. They messed up the size yet I still had to pay for it. Totally unprofessional and ridiculous. Do not order from them

Complete Trash

This company is complete trash. I ordered the thin script "MAMA" silver necklace, and paid for the extra "GIFT WRAP" All together was $80. I was sent some crap that you would get out of a gumball machine, that was wrapped by a 5 year old. Also, the chain was so short that it wouldn't fit. I called and asked if I could return it, and was told that it wouldn't be possible. Long story, short, don't waste your time or money with this company. Hopefully it'll fit my mother in law.

I ordered an engraved bracelet off of their website, and it came in with a really light engraving so we can barley see it. On top of it the bracelet is two sizes to big and they don't have any size offerings or anything else, and if we get it resized then it voids the warranty. So I bought something that he cant even wear. I will not shop here again.

Great Disappointment
December 7, 2016

Should have read reviews. Bracelet had to be reengraved and then engraving completely wore off in five months. It is a baby bracelet so it was not getting wear and tear. I asked them to buff and re-engrave and they told me the two month warranty was up. I have products from other companies that are ten years old and engraving is good. Find a more reputable company for your purchase. Definitely not a company I will do business with again.

Sooo Dissapointed

Bought a name necklace for my 15 year old Niece for Christmas and it broke in 2 pieces the same day! What made it so sad was she apologized to me because she knew I would be upset! She has a very unique name and I bought it a month in a half ago for her Christmas gift so, no returns! It really put a dampen on this special day and I can't apologize enough to her!

RUN FAST

I purchased two ankle bracelets and a bracelet engraved. The quality is very poor. The charm that was engraved was scratched. You can actually see the scratches on the charm. And it looks like a bracelet that you would buy a child. I called the company not even asking for a refund just asking for a credit so I can replace with another item. They were nice enough to offer me to return it to them and they would give me a 30% credit. Yes a 30% credit on a 52.50 item. 15.00 credit on a $52 item. Thanks but no thanks. I'd rather throw it away. They also offered to replace it, why would I replace it when the quality is so poor to start with. The worst customer service I've ever seen, not even pretending to try to help you with a reasonable solution. I tried to talk to a manager to resolve this and there are none available. I guess they may be helping other dissatisfied customers. I am going to call the better business bureau next.

Ordered a dog tag as i have many times with no issues. But this time i have yet to receive my item. Its been a week and customer service was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! Just kept telling me my item has already left the warehouse. Will not purchase anything else from them. Such a shame as ive always had a positive experience.

Ordered items for Christmas 2 weeks ago received email on the 23rd telling me my items were on back order and they never made a single item! I ordered or sent them out... I now have 5 xmas gifts that I will never get because they are incompetent and the absolute worst! Do not waste your time or money Run away!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

Recently I purchased two silver bracelets, both with personal engraving. There was a vast difference in the engraving from one bracelet to the other. I made a phone call to explain, sent them a photo, and within 3 days I received a new bracelet, beautifully engraved. I was impressed with their friendly response when I telephoned, and with their quick turnaround. I will not hesitate to use Eve's Addiction again.

Terrible company

I order a set of customized rings for my wife for Christmas. The order processed and I was charged. However, I received a phone call days later stating the item was now out of stock. I asked if I could get the same ring just in a different material, (silver instead of rose gold). I was told that I could do that but the prices have changed and I would be charged more now. They told me they could no longer honor the price I originally paid. They also told me it was now too late to receive the item by Christmas. Thanks eve addiction you literally ruined Christmas. I will never shop at this retailer or recommend them to anyone. Absolutely terrible that they committed an error and expect their customers to pay the price for their mistake..

Cheap products

I purchased a personalized bracelet for a long time friend. When I received it, it was smaller than I expected. It looked nicer on the website. I gave her the gift for her birthday. She wore it once and it broke. Now I can't get a refund or replacement because it was personalized. So they can sell you crap and since it's personalized, you're on your own. I really should have read these reviews before making a purchase.

Scam

Do not order from this company. They are a complete scam and the Sunday customer service is a joke. Francis, the customer service agent, offered no solutions and no help. They only said to call back during "regular business hours". Sunday is falsely advertised on their website as a regular business day for them. They give you no option to cancel an order within a few hours of purchase like all other retailers do and they are not reachable to help if you need them after banking hours. Just look through the comments for the real reviews because you will find plenty of complaints about this company and I should have before I attempted to purchase from them. Most of the positive reviews are from people that have "won a contest". I will not, under any circumstances, purchase from this scam of a company again.

Terrible!

Ordered on the 10th of December. Still have not received. Account was charged THAT day.
Have been lied to twice that it was out for delivery. Was on hold over 40 minutes both times. No one knows what they are doing. Do not use this company!

Poor service

I had ordered a bracelet for my boyfriend but found one that I liked better right after and ordered it instead and sent 2 emails right after asking to cancel one order but they refuse and only refunded me back $7. I'm extremely angry with them.

Please don't order

Was not told they closed March 17,2020. I placed order on March 24 no notice on website of closing. I called 3 everyone plus supervisor Karl lied. Today was told after the virus has ended maybe 3 months you will receive the item.

Unprofessional!

I would have giving them a higher rating but due to the fact that I have emailed and spoke to their customer service representative and verified the address. They still managed to ship the order out without a unit number on it. So I haven't received my item. Calling customer service about this, couldn't hear due to the other representative laughing and speaking loudly. No accountability for their error. If I could leave a zero star I would have. Never again and will make sure my associates won't shop her as well.

My boyfriend ordered me a promise ring from this site about 6 months ago. It has chipped some around the band, but nothing horrible. A few days ago I cleaned it & a few hours later I realized a diamond fell out. I was super bummed so I called and asked if they could fix it, they offered to send a new one. Which was super nice of them. Just wish they could just replace the diamond in it cause it doesn't feel like it'll be the same.
