I was a little reluctant when I first bought the tickets from here because after my purchase I started to find all the bad reviews of people getting fake or duplicate tickets. However, all my worries were settled. I called the arena where the hockey game was and gave them all the information on the ticket and they confirmed the tickets I bought were valid. I paid 118 for 4th row tickets for a hockey game that normally got for 264. Great deal and easy experience. Will definitely use again!

I tried to not let the overall price of the tickets ruin it for us. I was very dissatisfied with all of the extra fees, the required overpriced shipping costs and the inability to change shipment of the tickets without another fee. If I had not been home that day I would not have been able to sign for them.

I purchased 2 tickets iI waited for the tickets to come thru email so that I could print them and they never came I reread my receipt and it said that some one would meet me and take me into the event (sounds fishy to me) so I called the number on the receipt the nice guy who answered the phone said that he would check after a wait the answer was will call very confusing
Trish, for some events, the venue has requirements about getting into the event. Its not unusual and you will be taken care of at your event.
What i thought would be a 140.00 event for my fsmily it ended up costing 200.00. It just turned me off for the whole ecperience.

I was asking for the agent to help me find a lawn seat location close to the splashpad/playground for my kids. The agent said he couldn't see that from his map and that was that. Is there some way you can help the customer know more specific locations at a field?

It was not made clear that I would be charged a $7 PER ticket service fee prior to completing my transaction. It was over $100 that I didn't expect. I emailed the company the moment I received the email with my total. I didn't get a response. I called the company. I spoke with someone on the phone who said they could not help me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor they said they were the supervisor. I asked to speak with someone higher up and they told me it would not be possible.

Bought Vegas NASCAR tickets through the website, easy to use, tickets were reasonable and I received the tickets that I was promised. Had to pick the tickets up because I bought them the day before the event, the area the office was in felt a little unsafe, but the girl at the office was very nice and got me out of there quickly.

They set up a website that looked just like the legitimate site for the Eccles Theater in Salt Lake City which caused me to mistakenly buy through them at an inflated price. They first promised to mail the tickets and then a few days before the concert, promised that the tickets would be at the box office window. They were NOT at the box office and we had to purchase a second set of tickets to see the show.
To their credit, EventTicketsCenter did refund my credit card for the original purchase, but this experience made me furious. Not a total scam, but really terrible, terrible service.
I spent over $300 on tickets to go to GI show. The show got canceled so i called to get my money back and they told me i am not getting my money back. She told me that they don't control when shows get postponed. ThEY DON' T GIVE REFUNDS TO POSTPONED SHOWS. Watch out for that. So they force u to either go to the show, if you can, or to lose out on money, $300 like i will. I dont know if i will be able to go do to my work schedule. I do understand that they can't control when a show gets postponed. But who really thinks that a show will get canceled 2 weeks before they are supposed to have it. I was really excited that i got the tickets to go. But now since I don't know when the show will be and i don't know if i will be able to get the day off for it and already messed with my schedule to get the day off to go, i got ripped of for the tickets. They are ripping people off do not ever use them. She told me that i wasn't professional. Sorry but its not my job to be professional its THE SUPERVISORS job since shes working for the company. Do not use this scam artist company! They charge almost twice the ticket price than ticketmaster in hidden service fees that are not visible until after you have already had your card charged. The customer service is horrible please beware!
Event Ticket Center is a third party vendor that bring ABSOULTELY NO VALUE to its customers. Dont bother! Buy your tickets direct from Ticketmaster. I made the mistake of buying tickets for a concert that was cancelled & rescheduled for a later date (that I could not attend). All my friends whom purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster were all granted full refunds (without questions asked) and paid $22 LESS than what I paid for my ticket. I was not granted a refund by Event Ticket Center and instead was told to re-sell your tickets on Ticketsalessupport.com. Well since the concert was cancelled and reschedule (with NO NOTICE from Event Ticket Center), it was too short notice and the website did not allow me to re-sell them. So I was stuck with 2 tickets with no refund or opportunity for re-sale.
