Luke Bryan was awesome... He definitely knows how to put on a show. Can't wait til he comes back to New Orleans cause I will definitely be there. He's a great entainer.
Started right out of the gate with a jazzy version of I'm a man that finished off with a rollicking slam dunk ending. Many od the hits from Mr. Windwoods illustrious carrier with The Spenser Davis Group, Blind Faith, Traffic and some of his solo hit's like Roll with it Baby were all spot on with the perfect blend of improvisartion, jazz and rock. The only draw back was that for some reason there was no encore performance which left most everyone in the audience mystified.It still, however did not detract from an evening of stellar performances by the entire band.

Couldn't hear or see Reba. The seating was to far away and couldn't hear from the sounds from the fair. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The strawberry festival shouldn't of added seating with out adding speakers and a larger screen. I could of watched Reba on tv at home and would be better than the festival. This was my first time at a concert there and will probably be my last. They added seats but nothing else so I've got to say they got to GREEDY but when we left 20 minutes into the show so did many others and it sucked very bad. I am self employed and work for alot of strawberry growers in plant city and wimauma and one of my customers in plant city asked me how was it and I had to say it was crap. The fair was ok but the concert was as crappie as it could be. There were about 50 to 75 people left before we did and that was with in the first half hour. I've emailed the festival of this and I've got around 300 customers that I am going to tell them my experience there. I was very disappointed because where we sat Reba was the size of a mouse and could not hear her when she would talk. As you see I'm not happy.

Not knowing much about tickets I paid 3 times face value and had horrible seat outdoors $150 for a 50 dollar seats all around me

Ticket with face value of $24 sold for over $50 with fees. A $10.95 convenience fee for me to print out the tickets on my computer, with my ink, and my printer! That is convenience?
Blake Shelton cancelled his performance on Saturday night and rescheduled for Tuesday Night. Nice Happy Birthday to my wife! Who can make it on a Tuesday night. Can't sell the tickets and there is no refund. Should have put $500 on red.
I ordered the tickets about two week and they charged me $14.50 for postage and $10.50 sear/charge for each ticket and i did not get the tickets till a day before the event. I was not too happy about that.

While I was confused as to why my tickets did not have my name on them I was assured that they were indeed the tickets I purchase and that I would not have any difficulty the night of the event. I was astonished that everything worked out great. I have great seats and I totally enjoyed Eddie B in Cincinnati... Hope he comes back soon!

Printed out Stars tickets & when I arrive, they don't scan that type of ticket. Went to your app. On my android & there was no place to find our tickets.

Great day at the ball park! Would definitely do it again! For first timers, it wasn't too easy to figure out from the site where we should sit - fav team, etc. But, otherwise all was great.

Waste of money. Bought a $92 ticket. Was never sent a QR code, even though you guys want to argue that it was sent I never received it. Customer service is awful. Emailed 2 different people and talked to 4 different representatives to be run around in a circle. This company is fishy. Gives you the code almost 24 hours after the concert then won't refund you because 'they have record they sent it.' I call bull$#*! because I never received it therefore could not enter the concert. Regardless, you should be able to tell if it was scanned in or not. This has been the worst customer service I have ever had. Would have come back if you guys fixed the problem you caused. However, will never purchase from you again, will go online and make sure I review you wherever I can and will make sure my friends and family never get scammed by your company again. I expected this outcome as your customer service reps all sound like they hate their jobs. Only one was remorseful in gaurenteeing you guys would do the right thing, but that was not the case as I was just told the same thing over again until the woman hung up on me. Awful service, awful reps.
I will never by from event tickets again. The fees were almost double what the tickets cost. What a ripoff when I could have purchased at the stadium
Skeptical at first about the tickets but very happy with Event Ticket Center and the Air Supply Concert. Thought it was awesome they came out and greeted the crowd. The tickets were high but I was able to get front row seats so price was secondary because I wanted my wife to enjoy the show since it was a treat for her. I would do it again. Appreciated that Event Ticket Center sent a reminder.
