I loved the show that Dice did, however, I was led to believe that there were only 2 seats left side by side 2 days before the show and there were lots of open seats. Also the guy sitting next to us said he just bought his ticket the day of the show for half the price I paid through Event Tickets Center. Half the price! And the seats we got were way in the back and there was a pole in back of us that cut our leg space down. The only thing good about this event was Dice. The bad thing is that Event Tickets Center is connected through the Arcada Theater website. If I had known there were other seats available, I would have gone to a ticket broker, got them at half price and better seats. Event Tickets Center sucks!

We have been so blessed by the music written and produced by Bill and Gloria.
God has truly gifted them with giving out the Gospel through their music. We are concerned about Bill's symptoms of aging. He is not supposed to grow old like us (84 & 85). We love him and are glad he didn't fall going down and back up some steps. Praise God!

We really enjoyed the show. The actors were very good. The singing was amazing.
The only problem was with one of my tickets. When it was sent via email the orientation was incorrect and it would only print half of the ticket. I called and got it resent however we ended up being late and missing the first act.

Every Song brought back some memories... great memories. All of the artists performed excellent. If I could I would follow them on tour. I would tell anyone, it is a must see show. What a great experience.

I picked seats via the eventticket center. There was a picture of the layout and seating. I guess I should have researched the location before buying tickets. I didn't know there were no seats. So the option of picking your row and seat is pointless. The location had us standing on the side of a wall and the only cafeteria style tables there were on the dance floor. Those cost more and required a minimum of twenty-five dollars per head at the table. I didn't get to see the show. I left forty minutes after arriving because there was nowhere to stand. Before i bought the tickets there was something stating thst accidents happen and refunds can be made 24 hours in advance. There is no such thing. Refunds don't exist and i highly recommend looking for pictures of the venue before buying tickets through a site that allows you to choose non-existent seats.
At the last minute my mom wanted to see Phantom in our town. Bought tickets on Tuesday evening and had them in our hands by Thursday afternoon. The seats were so good we kept thinking we had the wrong ones and the usher was going to ask us to leave. Excellent experience and great value!

It was AMAZING! Danced all night and met wonderful people. The sound was great, the DJ was amazing, the host was HILARIOUS. The one problem I caught was the mic's volume with the performers but it was all just awesome

The show was awesome. Don't know if you have control over this but the prices for food was hard to believe. Also I ran my tickets off at home and had to go through many people to get in the door. Was a little annoying

Waited 30 years to see this band. Did not disappoint. Glad to see the band is as cranky as eveah. A lot of great old tunes and a very long encore. Loved every minute of it.

Our tickets were suppose to be mailed to us before the date of the concert and they were not. Getting them was a big problem. We'll never use your company again. I only use those who do what they say they will do. Very aggravating!
Everything worked great with ticket purchase. Link to tickets delivered well in advance of event. I printed and took to the game, and no issues with scanning or seats.

Didn't know much about the opening acts but, they blew me away. Pop Evil was excellent. Really dug Blackmap though! Check them out! Didn't think I was going to like Palaye Royale but they were a damn good band! Happy I attended for sure!
