I purchased my tickets on March 23, and the money ($428.03) was immediately debited from my account. After a few weeks, I inquired as to when I would receive the tickets. After two or three inquiries, I received an email stating I would get them closer to the event date. Last week, I sent another inquiry with no response. Now you want to know how I enjoyed the event? I sent yet another inquiry today asking for a refund. Things aren't looking good for me so far, and I will NEVER use this site again.

Luke Bryan was amazing. The concert was great. I bought the tickets in February. "VIP box seats ". I thought there would be something special about them for $800. No. There wasn't. I tried to resell the tickets because I found I have a problem with my health & I could use the $800.00. My tickets were selling online for $172.00 a piece. I will not be purchasing tickets from you again. Shame on you.
I bought vip box tickets. Of which the seating chart was not very clear and ended up behind a couple who became extremely drunk and desperately needed to get a room. A more descriptive seating chart would help. Also, if floor guards could be more mindful of the other more respectable people who also bought tickets and ask the drunk couple to at least stop for icating in public. My tickets said row 1 with a quantity of four tickets purchased. I was placed in row 2 with the tickets I received.

Outstanding concert by Skynyrd. Security needs to stop the cigarette smoking and people moving into vacant seats we had two come from all the way from the top down to orchestra and moved every chance they could for better seats. How is this allowed?

While it was easy to purchase the tickets, I became concerned when I was made aware, after purchase, that the tickets may not arrive until the day of the concert. We were going to be at a hotel, on vacation, for this concert and my experience with hotel business centers, is that often their printers don't work or they are out of paper. The second time I called about this, I did talk to someone who indicated he would put a note on the file to release asap so we could print before we left. This was nice, but still concerning until we were notified we could get the tickets, especially since phones with tickets were not allowed. We had a great time and we had VIP parking and lounge access which was wonderful, but the concern about printing the tickets may limit my future thoughts on traveling to see a concert or using this website. Probably will use stub hub in the future to save money and worry.

When we moved near the fence line it was a blast! Could dance & move around without making people around us angry. Started off near the pavilion, couldn't see anything sitting on the ground, bushes were in the way, got up to dance, people around us didn't like it, went to get food/drink, people didn't like that. We moved. After that everything was great! Excellent show!

Paul Simon meshed a perfect tapestry of early solo hits, recent world music-influenced beats and timeless Simon & Garfunkel classics in a stirring farewell tour stop at the Wells Fargo Center on a muggy Saturday in South Philly. At 76, the diminutive songsmith showed he still had the pipes with a deliberately paced "America" to open. A playful "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover" followed. Through the remainder of the set, Simon gave plenty of stage time to his deserving band, which featured an eclectic mix of world performers displaying their mastery of an array of instruments. As promised, Simon offered plenty of "get out of your seat and dance" opportunities as well as quiet and reflective moments (best exemplified by "Bridge Over Troubled Waters" and "Rene and Georgette Magritte with Their Dog After the War", both preceded by engaging introductions by Simon.) The multiple encores sated the crowd with S&G staples "The Boxer," "The Sound of Silence" and "Homeward Bound" assuring the crowd it had seen something very special this night, and reminded it had experienced someone very special these many years.

I knew this was a secondary ticket website so I expected the tickets to be listed at a price higher than they were originally. Although, I did not see the point of a $40 service fee PER TICKET, as well as a $7 shipping fee for an e-ticket. Why would it take $7 to send an email? I had to call and send messages to the ticket seller before I could get an estimated date of when I would receive my tickets--which was 24 hours before the event. I was able to get my tickets and go to the concert, however an estimated date of when the tickets should come should be made known to the buyer. I would not recommend this website unless you want to waiting anxiously for the tickets to come and whether if you've just been scammed or not.

Event ticket why was my ticket 229.50 with all the stupid taxes 333.00 for a sub total of 866.oo seems pretty steep to charge 100.00 per ticket handling fee. Basically will never use you again!

I bought tix for what was billed as Paramore opening for Foster the People. As it turned out the billing was wrong and FtP were not scheduled to play the show. I bought these tix back in Mar. Since then in order to fix the mixup, I've been granted a refund on two different occassions, filled out a form over a month ago agreeing to the terms of the refund, however, it is now the middle of June and I have yet to have my money refunded. Getting more pissed by the day.

What a beautiful ball park! I suspect I paid way more for these tickets than others in the same seats because I bought them last year. Nevertheless, the seats were great and the fans around us were fun. The usher wiped our seats off before we sat because it had rained earlier in the day. We had a great night watching baseball.
