Purchased concert tickets as a gift to take my son to his first rock concert. I transferred the tickets which you are required to do within 24 hours or else and I received an email that states the tickets have been transferred but that did not mean that I received the concert tickets. Called customer service and waited 30 minutes on hold and once customer service got on the phone they wanted me to search my email for words like "ticket" "seat" "ticket transfer" check my junk and spam folder for 45 minutes and then they tell me that they dont have my tickets and they cant get ahold of the broker (aka scam artist) who should have emailed them to me. Thats why they make you check spam and junk folders and after demanding that she call the broker again the call was disconnected! Tried to call back and the office was closed! I never did get my tickets or a refund! I have made 3 attemps to call this joke of a company and gave up after 40 minutes on hold! Be smart and go Ticket Master!

I paid $61 for a ticket and they never sent it to me. They claimed they would send the ticket closer to the time of concert. They Did Not send ticket. I called all week and never got anyone to answer. Only a recording telling me to claim my ticket by email. Every time I tried to claim my ticket by email it said Error! They hung up on me twice. This was a SCAM! I know I won't get my money back. How can I get my money back if they won't respond to email or answer the phone?
