I purchased ticket for a show in Atlanta in January. The mobile ticket was supposed to be released on April 8, the day before the show. April 8 comes, no ticket. I send an email to customer service inquiring about ticket status. Two hours before the show I get an email saying my ticket was canceled and my money will be refunded. I'm confused because I did not request a cancelation. I go to the venue just to make sure the event was still taking place and it was. I go to box office and the lady tells me several people got their tickets canceled unbeknownst to them by your company. The show was sold out so I couldn't buy another ticket. You can't cancel a person's ticket 2 hours before a show! If I was coming from out of town and had incurred travel expenses we would be in court. Can someone from Eventticket give me an explanation?
