Website was easy to read. The added fees for processing the tickets were not expected and too expensive overall especially if you are not familiar with the music band you are buy tickets for to see while you're in town for a short period of time.
Very easy to locate and purchase my tickets. My only complaint is ticket master charges too much for handling fees 15 dollars is highway robbery. If my friend did not purchase tickets already I probably would stop going to concerts all together.
