But the purchase part was smooth. Now the collecting of the tickets and actually getting my device to work at the event.
I purchased tickets from this seller not aware that third parties sell concert tickets. Come to find out some websites buy a bunch of tickets for concerts (if not all) then sell them for a higher price. I basically paid two times what these tickets are actually worth. The website does say from a third party seller and that they may be above face value - however, internet habit makes it so you don't see these things before purchasing them. They set a timer where your purchase resets if you don't finish in time which doesn't allow you to understand the small writing and total amount. They highlight another total amount then have some other fees included in small writing. They have a no-refund policy and if you call them to try to get a refund they will tell you that you can resell the tickets. The. You would be going against your beliefs and trying to essentially scam someone else to get your money back. I am against that so I tried to dispute the transaction from my bank. I was denied because they have a no refund policy and the bank doesn't dispute policies of another company. I was pissed that this company sent a screen shot of what a transaction looks like to my bank and the small writing that they don't want you to see when you make an transaction was blown up like it's clear to see which it's not. They also modified it to show to total in big letters - that's not true because the total was hidden and some other total was highlighted when I made the purchase to make it seem I am spending less. Long story short I will never make this mistake again and I will also be switching banks since I can no longer trust my bank to have my back.

Simple and easy website navigation and processing, but the fees to attend the event on top of the need for insurance given today's times in a pandemic will make attending the event impossible for many with a 50% upcharge.

It was fine. I was confused by the notion of a flash seat, and i'm still not certain what a flash seat is but i think i'll be fine.
