I purchased tickets Dec. 2nd and did not receive my tickets until the day of the show which was out of town!. Therefore, without using my phone for email I had no access of these tickets and EventTickets said they came to my email using a THIRD PARTY? I think they screwed up and had to buy tickets using CashOrTrade because in my email it stated the tickets were from someone named Ed and that if I did not recognize this person NOT TO ACCEPT! Of course it was too late anyway because that was 4 1/2 hours before the event! AND, because I did not receive my tickets in a timely manner I had already bought more to guarantee I would be attending Greensky at the Anthem DC Jan 27,2023.
I spoke with EventTicktet customer service and they refused to refund my money.
My suggesting - DO NOT USE EVENTTICKETS CENTER if you want your tickets in a timely manner. NOT 4 1/2 hours before the event.
Shame on you Event Ticket Center for not giving me my tickets in a timely matter and then refuse to refund my money though I know you f'd up and gave my originial tickets to either the wrong email or doubled up.
I am also sending this same message to TicketMaster and to The Anthem DC and every venue I can think of so that they think twice about using you as a second party for ticket purchases.
