I have been lead a dance by ineffective emails. I just got of the phone to Nora 9/24 at 10:34 EST (who did not have a last name - she stated 'I do not have one' and did not have a direct phone number). She was cold, condescending and not at all helpful. She said she would have my tickets emailed in a 'couple of hours' I asked if I can call her back if I did not receive, and based on my experience so far and there was not direct number. This is after trying to get some customer service via email, given contradictory information and led in circles by the links that got nowhere.
Ordered tickets in early April for a show in late September. Payment was made and shortly after recieved a message that tickets were emailed to me. They didn't show up. Later got a message that they guaranteed delivery by the day before the show. Three attempts to contact them and no response. Spent a bunch of time at the will-call window and the lady finally found the purchase had been recorded. What a way to conduct a business!
