It was a great experience having you take my money and allow me to buy an electronic ticket for a $20 processing fee or whatever it costs. Processing fees should be no more than $5 in my opinion.

This company is terrible! They charge an extreme amount of money as a broker fee and perform horribly and not completely.
I purchased two tickets for my 5 year old son and I to attend monster jam on November 11,2023. It was a VIP package which included gifts, seats, pit passes and two $25 visa gift cards for food. For this, they charge me over $300 broker fee. Totaling over $900 for the event
I received the gifts which consisted of two clear backpacks and 2 cups. I did not receive my tickets, passes or gift cards until I made multiple attempts via email and phone to find out where those were at. I did finally after emails, I received the tickets for my seats and entry, but did not receive the pit passes and gift cards. I continued to email and call to receive the missing items.
Finally two days before the event after multiple emails and calls, I received the pit passes which came electronically. I still at that point, had not received the gift cards that were for the food. $25 visa debit cards.
The evening before the event I still had not received, and sent another email advising cell. Ultimately, I did not receive the two $25 visa gift cards that were even outlined in their own email.
I wonder what would have happened had I not put so much pressure with multiple emails and calls into the company to find out where my items were?.
I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. And there is no possible way this company deserves four stars that they are advertising.
I do not believe in rewarding bad behavior and this company exhibits that all the way through. Therefore, I would not recommend ever doing business with this company.

Hi Tim, per the broker the $25 credit for food/beverage was sent on November 1st and had it resent the morning of the event.
We're sorry for the other issues regarding your order. Generally speaking, there are many reasons why tickets may not arrive or be transferred until a couple days before the event. Delivery may be restricted by the venue and there are transfer regulations set by platforms like ticketmaster.
