Certainly had no problem taking my money when I bought tickets 3 weeks ago, then getting a scam looking email the day of saying they need to change the section or something. I got ahold of them after the email, then this afternoon and they're like 'oh, there's no problem, we only work with guaranteed sellers' and again an hour before they're like 'oh, sorry for the inconvenience' refund may appear in 3-5 days.
