Very pleased that at this somewhat late date could get 5 tickets together. This will be my 13 year old granddaughter's first symphony and cannot think of a more beautiful piece to start. Checkout process was easy.

Several months ago I ordered tickets from a different site, used a card to secure great seats but never heard back, the card was not charged and I had no seats( this was confirmed when I called American Express to check for the charge) So I tried for the second time with event tickets so am hoping tthis effort will work with tickets Willy Nelson Aug 9 in Charlottesville.

We never buy tickets so we did not realize that when we pulled up the first ticket seller for Disney on Ice at Hershey (Event Tickets Center) it would be such a rip off. We paid $600 for four tickets, which we don't have that type of money to waste, but it was the only gift for my daughter's 4th birthday. We were not happy about the price but we did it, only to find out later that ticket master sold the tickets for $28 instead, it would have costs us $150 for four. I contacted ETC and they would not do anything about it. They said we could sell our tickets but in order to sell them, we needed to offer them at a significantly lower price. We were not successful in selling them. The event is this weekend and we just went to claim our tickets and they actually transfer them to Ticketmaster, showing how much cheaper the tickets are if we would have just gone through them, a huge slap in the face. I cannot believe they get away with doing this to families. I understand I should have done more research, but again, we don't go to events like this often, I had no clue that a "legit" ticket company would rip off families this bad.

First time at Dorothy Chandler. I'm a New Yorker! The Met is much cheaper. I supplement my opera experience by Regal Movie Theatre HD live at the Met, plus my own extensive DVD collection. In NYC, I attended Free of charge with my 6th grade class twice a year.

How do I order ticket's directly from your box office? I don't like 'Secondary market' I would attend more by you if it were less expensive.

My son purchase tickets to Jack Harlow for Nov 6 in Seattle- 6hr drive from our home- they never emailed tickets- he called and after an hour someone finally picked up and said they would send a QR code- that did NOT have ticket information. He never got in concert now I've been holding for an hour trying to get money back! Total scam! We need a class action lawsuit- looks like this happens all the time!

Easy ticket purchasing but add-on fees are excessive. Seems like a lot of gouging. Been a heavy concert goer for nearly 40 years (well over 200 shows) and rising "garbage" fees these days have deterred me from many concerts over last decade. Younger-up-and-coming generations can't afford this crap! When my generation stops coming…who will show up if y'all continue to price people out of getting tickets?

Obtaining the tickets was quite easy. The add on choices for protection and credit card things was a pain. Then verifying the purchase took more time than necessary. I realize some things are for our protection but this seemed to go beyond necessary. Also, I shouldn't have to have 50 words in a review if I can say it in 3 or 4.

Hope you enjoy it looking forward to a great time. I've seen the show in Vegas for I know everything will be great.

Great very easy to purchase first time ever going to see live. Can't wait to watch with the wife. She's never seemed real cowboys before. It's an American privilege to be able to see the heartbeat of America up close.
