I purchased tickets through affirm on 12/30/23 and my order was processed on 1/2/24. I never received an order number or my tickets. I emailed them before the event and got no response. Long story short my 5 years old daughter did not get to go to the circus. I reached out to customer service again and was told I would not get a refund. This site is a joke and a scam. I recommend stub hub for buying tickets because this site is a scam! I was never given an order number.
