Hi Brandi. We're deeply sorry. We did our best to get you 7PM tickets but there were simply none available. We tried to get you 3:30 tickets but we were told that you wouldn't be able to go. We went ahead and refunded the order entirely, as you didn't get valid tickets in time for the event. We understand we didn't put our best foot forward in this regard, and we apologize we couldn't get you tickets to your event.
