HI there, I was excited to learn about Bill Frisell performing at the Ardmore Music Hall on Aug. 3. I googled "Bill Frisell, Ardmore Music Hall, tickets," and the first site that showed up was yours. I clicked, and saw a range of tickets, from $63 to $89. (https://www.eventticketscenter.com/bill-frisell-trio-ardmore-08-03-2025/*******/t) Wanting to get the best seats — because this was going to be part of a birthday celebration — I selected the $89 ones. With processing fees, the total amount I was charged was $244. I was later contacted by someone I did not know offering to send me the tickets I'd just paid for, via tixr. Foolishly, I accepted them. And via that very same app, I looked at the event and saw that the tickets I'd paid over $200 for could easily be gotten for $30 a piece. I called ETC hoping to get an immediate refund, and while you did offer to refund the processing fee, which I accepted and I appreciate, no concern was given to the fact that not only had I overpaid compared to the rate offered via the venue (via tixr) by 3x as much, I'd also overpaid on ETC (looking closer at the tickets, the $89 tickets I selected are the exact same as the $63 tickets, General admission.) To address, I would really appreciate it if you'd at least refund the difference of the ticket cost, as dictated by ETC ($26 per ticket; the difference between the $89 and $63 offering, for a total of $52.)

They sell tickets they do not possess. Tried to cancel the order 15 hours after the order, 4 months prior to the event, they sent me to a different tougher seller site to sell the tickets that neither they nor I have in hand. Do NOT purchase through this company. I will continue to dispute this. Check out the complaints on the BBB page.
I would like a refund of the remaining payment of $130 as the venue sells them for $24 including fees!

A $30 per ticket service fee is robbery. When I got the tickets via email the instructions said I had to print them. We were at hotel with no office for guests. I called customer service to verify we really had to print the tickets and I was told "sorry. You were told printing the tickets was necessary." We got them printed and come to find out electronic tickets were accepted. What a waste of my time. Terrible service and overpriced service charges.
