I purchased Office, Home and Office, and Windows Professional. The total time was about 10 minutes to fill out the registration form and placing my order. I did call to find out why their pricing was so low and was told that some but not all is repackaged. As long as it works who cares. I saved close to $200.00 and could not be more pleased with my purchase and the young lady who assisted me. JB

Found the Office for Mac software on their site, got the code faster than promised and it worked. No big hoops to jump through and everything worked well. It was also easier than the Microsoft site for figuring out which sort of license I needed (and that's what sold me, not the fact the price was a bit lower).

I first inquired about the product I wanted to purchase and received a quick response that helped me make my decision. I found the purchasing to very painless (outside of it not being free.
