I purchased Windows 7 professional, and everything seemed fine, about a couple weeks after, i am now getting flagged for using a counterfeit version, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
My company purchased the "Full Retail" version of Adobe CS5 on DVD for $595. The software was shipped quickly and it worked fine, but we had to phone Adobe for support and were informed that our license didn't qualify for support because it was the "Educational Version"! Further, it was licensed for resale in Asia, not here in the USA, and that it was already registered in Hong Kong!
How is that even possible unless they are selling black/grey market software...?
Purchased Win 7 (I thought anyway) I installed the product and within 2 weeks Microsoft informed me I had an ingenuine version of Win 7. Evalue has done nothing to remedy this issue. They make excuses and that's it. Please contact this person to submit your complaints (I hope THOUSANDS of you do)

Paid for a download of microsoft office for home and student 2010... no response, no email, don't answer their phone, don't answer their email... ripped off royally... BUYER BEWARE!
Big wall of text, sorry, but I want to give people details about my experience so they don't get fooled too:
Tried to get Adobe lightroom 4.0 at a good price, ordered the download version, got an email from Tavish Brower at eValueSoftware: "I apologize for the inconvenience as we are currently out of stock for the download license keys you have purchased, due to a few outstandingly large orders. The shipment for the license keys are on their way and are expected within the next week."
I download software ALL the time and asking a customer to wait until they get a new shipment of product keys in is ridiculous... as well... there seem to be other people in this review site saying similar things... very suspect...
They DID cancel my order, (I cancelled it the same day), but the CSR on the phone told me to check my email right away because they mus have gotten some keys in and they JUST sent me an email with the download/key... wow...
When I confirmed that I did not have a new email from Tavish Brower with my download and key, she acted all confused and said that they'll cancel my order but that she was taking a risk that I was being honest that the email did not come in... again... wow...
60 seconds later, the cancellation/refund email comes into my inbox... never saw the download/key email that was apparently "JUST SENT" by Tavish Brower.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from these guys.
I wanted to purchase a download of Publisher 2010. My first choice was evaluesoftware but I decided to check other websites before purchasing this product. This product was unavailable on all the other websites. I discovered that this product was also unavailable at evaluesoftware but they offered me a free upgrade to Professional Plus which includes this product. I always get a great value when dealing with evaluesoftware.
Polite young lady by phone. Went into web site ordered product. Waited for e-mail, downloaded product, installed, tested and run. All within four hours time. Everything was very efficient. Would certainly purchase from them again.
Tech Support helped as we tried to use the license code with the currently installed version of Office which expired. Followed their steps and we were up & running very quickly. Saved a lot of $$ and our company might be buying more licenses. Why pay full retail, when you can get the same thing for much less. Thanks again...
Purchased MS Office for Mac 2011 Business edition. Received email with serial number and link to download trial software from microsoft within an hour. Plugged in serial during install and I was up and running. No problems what so ever!

At first I was a little hesitant to order software from this site because the prices seemed too good to be true. After reading other customer reviews, I decided to purchase a download copy of Microsoft Project Standard 2010 to replace my current 2003 version. Later in the day I received an email saying that they were out of stock of the "standard" version, yet gave me a free upgrade to Microsoft Project Professional 2010 at no extra charge. I downloaded and successfully installed a full retail version of the software. I am one happy camper!
Great experience. Ordered Office 2010 Professional at the best price I could find. Received the Confirmation email in minutes and the Instructions & License keys in less than 90 minutes. The real kicker is that they were out of Professional and sent me Professional Plus at no extra charge! Will definitely be doing business with this company again.
Price was the determining factor in my choice, but the fact that I received the emailed link to activate the software within minutes made it that much better. Loaded perfectly first try, and I'm not tech-y. Very satisfied.

Especially helpful was the hint to download the software with something other than Internet Explorer, since it was prone to cause errors. Product key and order confirmation e-mails were received within an hour of placing the order.

Everything went exactly as described for their download software. I ordered an Adobe Acrobat X download and received the licenses and download link via email in a little over an hour.
