I don't understand technology very well. The customer service helped me out. My pc is set up with the software I needed and the price was great too. When they were out of what I ordered, they sent me an upgrade.
The online purchase of Microsoft Office for Mac was indeed efficient and was much cheaper than getting the software on Apple.com and Microsoft.com. I am satisfied with the purchase. I was also able to download the software without waiting for it to come in mail. The download took a bit longer than I expected. I am not sure if it is supposed to take 6+ hours.
The software price was less than half of what I could find at big box stores. I could download the software and not have to store a box or info I don't want. And it was delivered without issue, it worked the first time I said run and has worked continuously since. I cannot ask for more.

The website was very easy to use and the company exceeded expectations regarding delivery. The website indicated downloads would be made during business hours and if purchased on a weekend, it could take up to 24 hours. I recieved my email with download instructions very soon after placing my order on a Sunday evening.

Just a recent (02/2012) experience review: Purchased Adobe Acrobat X on disc (OEM, just a disc in a sealed paper disc envelope), which was delivered very promptly.
Included was a serial number on a separate card that had data not matching the disc envelope but it installed properly and passed the automatic verification/registration with Adobe. So as far as I am concerned, the transaction was 100% as advertised.
I gather most negative reviewers had problems with the download-and-get-key-later arrangement, I can't comment on that because I didn't purchase that way, but it does seem as if some purchasers maybe didn't read the fine print closely enough.
Evaluesoftware obviously isn't your mainline authorized reseller but they did deliver for me and have been in business for at least a year, so they have to be at least somewhat legit in spite of the gray-market vibes.
This is my first stop on the web superhighway when I need software. Easy to use, lightning fast responses and the products are ALWAYS exactly as described. I would highly recommend this site/company to anyone looking for software for business or personal use.
Evaluesoftware.com had the best price available with a reputable amount of positive reviews. I placed my order for a Standard version of software and because they were out of stock, I was provided the Pro version at no additional cost!
The turn around response was short and provided my with the links, keys, as well as activation process within the stated amount of time. I will return to Evaluesoftware.com for future purchases and recommend them to others as well.

Purchased Microsoft office 2013 (home and business) from evalue. It takes a little while to get your product code and download link, but seems to work fine. One thing that would be nice is if there was a heads up on how the file will come. The Office 2013 software came in an. Iso file so it needed to be burned to a disc or run with a virtual drive to work. This was not a deal-breaker for us, but it could be for some.
I ended up having to return the software because it was not compatible with our company's exchange server. They would not take back the software that had been installed (somewhat understandable), but did take back the one that had not.
I then purchased Office 2010 with no problems. That download was an executable file.

This website had a good price for the software I needed, and their telephone line quickly answered the questions I had. No waiting on hold, either. The website later informed me that they were out of the product I had ordered, MS Office Professional, and they offered MS Office Office Professional Plus at no extra cost. I liked the fact that I could download shortly after I completed the order. Did have to wait a couple of hours for my authorization code. Program is working fine.
