Stumbled across this site while hunting for a replacement vacuum cleaner. First thought was to look at the "Brazilian region" site. After sort of finding what I was looking for, decided to search for that vacuum and eVacuumStore came up with a better price for the same model. In addition, an extra 10% discount was given on the order that included free shipping. All in all saved around $50.00 extra. Also the shipping was fast with delivery. So it pays to do your research.
A vacuum store will make you pay your own shipping to return the product. It took them almost a month to get my vacuum cleaner bags. I couldn't wait that long so I had to go to the nearest so and vac store and purchase them for half the price. Now they tell me I have to pay the shipping to return it to them.
I ordered two parts, and waited over 4 weeks with zero updates on status. When I contacted them, they gave me a tracking order, which was not correct. They double checked and finally explained that 1 of my items was on back order so they hadn't shipped anything.
After a few more weeks I asked to have 1 item shipped and the other item cancelled and refunded. They were prompt to do so at that point.
Seems strange to me that they would take my money, provide ZERO updates to me, sell a product that they don't have or the manufacturer doesn't have either, and then really just "lose" my order without keeping me updated on status. Seems this could be rectified by automated emails. I had to do all the chasing and asking about status. Not the best way to keep customers engaged and informed.
They were apologetic and prompt once I request partial refund and partial order shipment.

When I contacted a repair service far from my neighborhood to replace a broken belt in the detachable power nozzle i was told I would have to bring in the entire vacuum, cannister and all, as well! For a city dweller without a car that would have been very difficult.
Luckly I found the evacuum store website, called and was directed to the correct replacement belt. It was very inexpensive and easy to install. My 27 year old electrolux is working well. Thanks!
I had purchased this for myself for Christmas but did not receive it until after the holidays, but it was probably because of the rush this time of year. An okay product, it doesn't seem to last very long on a charge, and just lately the motor has been making a very loud hum noise while in operation. Was thinking of returning it but then it went away. I'll keep an eye on it and if it starts doing it again or gets worse I will return it. Great suction but again the long charge time that I wonder how long it will last.
They are a total fraud. They shipped out a vacuum that is not performing as described. They clearly state they will accept returns! Now because of COVID-19, they have changed their minds. The customer service is zero.
Edit. Evacuumstore has agreed to take back the vacuum. They will not be issuing credit right away. I hope they still will once the pandemic is behind us.
