I ordered two parts, and waited over 4 weeks with zero updates on status. When I contacted them, they gave me a tracking order, which was not correct. They double checked and finally explained that 1 of my items was on back order so they hadn't shipped anything.
After a few more weeks I asked to have 1 item shipped and the other item cancelled and refunded. They were prompt to do so at that point.
Seems strange to me that they would take my money, provide ZERO updates to me, sell a product that they don't have or the manufacturer doesn't have either, and then really just "lose" my order without keeping me updated on status. Seems this could be rectified by automated emails. I had to do all the chasing and asking about status. Not the best way to keep customers engaged and informed.
They were apologetic and prompt once I request partial refund and partial order shipment.
