Perfect hitch to avoid an almost certain issue that would damage my new truck
The E*trailer class 1 hitch for my Audi A4 Quatro was very easy to install. I used a jack to hold the hitch in position while I drilled all the 4 holes and bolted it up. Took about 45 minutes.
The product description was good and ordering was easy. I emailed about a piece missing and I was told it would be sent right out.
I was surprised how fast my trailer hitch and roof rack arrived considering their size.
I haven't installed the trailer hitch yet, but the rails to the roof rack were installed and they are hella solid!

Item came UPS and was scuffed and scratched. There was no packing material in the box which allowed the damage. I was able to clean it up to make it acceptable but after spending close to $50.00 for a piece of molded plastic I am disappointed.

I would rate etrailer with 5 stars except my shipping experience was delayed. Although I did receive quick email response attempting to defend their shipping policy. However, I paid extra premium for 2 day shipping and it took 3 business days to receive. The package was ordered on Saturday late afternoon in which it was immediately prepared… it was in the carrier's possession on Sunday… then 3 days later I received on Wednesday.
The package was delivered in the original product box in which was received in fair condition but slightly surprised that the packaging was not well protected.
However the product did perform flawlessly and overall happy with the product and its price.

The product shipped fast and arrived on schedule. The product is of good quality. However, two things stood out. First, this item does not have magnetic capability so it is not a direct replacement for my current Slam Latch. The disappointing part is the product description does not highlight this difference. Second, the latches only come with a single key and NO screws. This means you will have to use existing hardware or make a trip to your local hardware store.

Just used my lock n roll hitch with my Hyk Outdoors teardrop camper this weekend. Would have had problems with a 2" ball hitch but the lock n roll worked great.
