I placed an order for a b&w hitch and two keyed alike locking hitch pins around 6pm one evening. By 9pm the same day I got a notification that my order had shipped. I have always had excellent service from etrailer. Love my new b&w hitch and I'm satisfied with the locking pins.
It did not fit my vehicle even though the site said it would. I ended up just having another product that I wasted money on, sitting in my garage

Ordered for etrailer many times and will continue to do so. I found the Fulton XLT trailer jack for my Venture Custom boat trailer. Unfortunately, the USPS damaged the package severely and lost some of the mounting parts in the process. So, I had to return for a replacement.
