I've ordered many many parts from eTrailer and generally they do a great job. This time the plastic case that the hub came in was cracked, either in shipping or prior to shipping. Doesn't affect the part but since it's a spare I was expecting to keep it in its plastic case which is now cracked.

I got a shipping notification shortly after placing my order then my hitch showed up quickly after.

I needed to add to my order to complete the job
They could not fulfill the order for a month
They made me pay to ship the existing order back

This hidden hitch assembly may have a more detailed install but the Benifits outweigh the down sides as this system is better fitted, more clearance and less slack than the under mount u-Haul option.

I had an item missing from my order. I contacted customer service and they re-shipped it right away. Great customer service!

So far I like the improvement but need to put more miles on for final verdict. I wish etrailer would make their reviews vehicle specific rather than putting all products together. A person had to dig through 2000 reviews to find which ones pertain to their specific vehicle.

I was able to install it onto my civic in an hour and a half, it was a super simple and fun install.

Quick and easy, installation real fast, fit fine no issues.

My package didn't come with hardware so have the following
3,3/8" x 1-1/4" bolts
2,3/8" fender washers
2,3/8" nuts

Delivery is fast! I received my hitch in three days!
I had a couple questions about the new hitch. I had a response from them immediately!

The experience with etrailer was great. Having the USPS ship the product not so much. Delivery date kept changing. On etrailer's site I was asked to put in my zip code to see when I would receive the items. Zip code showed a Wednesday delivery. Then it was given to our wonderful postal service. A week later I received the package. It would have been quicker to drive from Virginia to Missouri to pick it up myself. Shipping is free. Now I see why.

Great price, fast shipping...exact replacement I needed.

Order process was fine. The package needed to be placed in another box for protection. The box tore during delivery and had to be retaped. It doesn't appear to be damaged.
