Based on some etrailer product videos and recommendations, your employees are not always following manufacturer instructions. For example, there is a video demonstrating the Inno INH 120 bike rack on the 2021 Toyota 4Runner. The manufacturer instructions for this bike rack state that a minimum of two inches is needed from the hitch receiver end to the center of the receiver hole in order to use this bike rack. The 4Runner factory hitch has only 1 1/2 inches from the end to the center of this hole. This leaves 1/2" of the rack tightening mechanism outside of the hitch, so this rack is not compatible with this vehicle. I found this out only after I received the rack. I had to purchase a hitch extension in order to correct this. More care should be taken to insure that recommended products are compatible for use on different vehicles as required by the manufacturer of these products. This is a safety issue. Going forward, I will do more of my own research rather than relying on recommendations on your site before ordering any other products.

Seems to be a well made product. Installed four of them in about 10 minutes. I didn't like it when I seen they were made in PRC/China but it's hard to find anything made in the USA anymore.
