Pleased over all. I installed the hitch on to a 2004 Honda Crv. Very easy install only used 2 size sockets and a ratchet. The hitch was slightly off by an inch from where the bolts lined up. Nothing I couldn't fix with a screw driver to push in to place. From what I read this is a common thing due to shipping. My understanding was that nothing is compromised because of this. You will get a rattle because of the exhaust hitting the bolts that are now in place.nothing that will damage or compromise any parts.
Overall pleased with my purchase. Just missing the bike rack and testing out how it handles under a load.

This is my (I think) 4th hitch from etrailer. Etrailer's support and prices are unmatched. They ship fast and have great installation videos. I will always suggest Etrailer for anything in the towing category.
The setup was manageable. I did use the setup video to speed up the process. It took some time getting used to mount my bike onto the rack. Thankfully the bike rack fits 2' hitch U-Haul installed.
