I ordered 2 trailer fenders and brackets to go with them. The brackets appeared to be sold in pairs, which what one would need for each fender. So I ordered 2 expecting 4 in total, but only 2 brackets arrived with the order. I would have expected a query if the order did not appear to be correct, but that didn't happen.

As always deliver y was prompt, however I had to use the 1 inch spacers from my old Tim tens and the old bolts to make them tall enough to be 1 inch from top of axle to the bottom of the timbren. The new ones were to short.
My original order was missing 1 of the longer bolts. I let etrailer know and they shipped out a new complete hardware kit no questions asked!

My new/used truck uses a 2" hitch versus the 1 1/4" on my previous van. I wanted to stay with the the "Convert-A-Ball" system which required me to purchase the larger size shank. I couldn't find the part locally. The manufacturer suggested etrailer.com. I found my desired product 'lickity split', AND potentially a bike rack that caught my attention. Wasn't long before my part made it to my truck. Happy camper in Ohio.

Selection was seamless and straightforward. Will update after delivery. Update: the hitch arrived 2 days early and in good protective packaging. I installed the same day. Both the hitch and wiring fit perfectly. I had to buy a 14mm tap to chase the threads on the frame of the car. It was installed on a used car so the threads were rusty.
Ordering was quick as well as shipment. The only issue I have is the hitch doesn't appear to fit 100%, there is a gap between the main bolt and the underside of the bumper. Not sure if it's supposed to be this way or not.
Needed a small part for our camper. We went to the local Camping World to get the part, but they did not have it in stock. We were informed that we could leave the camper for a service call, and they would get it back to us in about a week or so. They said it was an easy fix and gave us the part number and told us about your site.
