Overall, my experience was fantastic. While I initially received the product with a crack in the black acrylic, I contacted etrailer.com and they promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent out the same day. The replacement arrived in mint condition and resolved the issue perfectly.

Ordered Blue OX 7420 online at 8:55 am on 4/11/2024 for $989 because it was in stock and would be delivered by April 13,2024 & paid $112 for 1 day delivery. ETrailer didn't pick the order until Friday, 4/12/2024 at 3:20 PM. UPS showed receipt after 6 PM with expected delivery on Monday, 4/15/2024 by noon. Called & sent email to customer service on 4/13/2024 about delayed shipment and asked for refund of $112.23 for 1 day shipping. Customer service said she would request refund. Sent email also asking for refund - refund made through PayPal. I checked on 4/13/2024 to see if it was still in stock and the price had been reduced to $887.95. I have sent a previous survey asking for the shipping refund ($112.23), the difference in price ($101), and for a supervisor to call me *******552) It is now April 22,2024 and I have not received a call.

The item itself was exactly what I needed (5 stars), but it arrived with some damage due to very inadequate packaging (2 stars). The unit weighs almost 2.5 lbs and has some glass pieces, but it was packed only in a very thin bubble wrap sleeve. As a result, the corners on one side got some pretty big dents. I was able to carefully straighten it out enough where I could mount it, and there was no other visible cosmetic or functional damage, so I decided not to go through the hassle of doing an exchange.

Was able to find the part I needed. It shipped quickly. Can't ask for much more than that.

Typical stainless steel fenders found on bass boat trailers. I've ordered same fenders from other places at a much higher price. A few scratches due to poor packaging/handling but it's the same no matter where you get them. Fenders fit great on my 2014 Marine Master tandem trailer and were easy to install. Fenders come bare...no diamond plate step or inner pad...it's the same everywhere. Get your fenders here and order accessory parts/stickers from OEM.

Everything was quickly shipped and good communication from seller.

This process took a little time seeing as there were plenty of parts to take off, and depending on the age and use of your vehicle some plastic parts might break and or not cooperate as easy as the example shown on the video. One last thing was that the paperwork that accompanied the parts says to connect final power to the negative battery terminal whereas the video says the wire should connect to the terminal box and not the battery. I would stick with the video as it worked as expected afterwards.

I needed a specific thing for my clean out and after looking on your site, I found it, ordered it and got it.
