Same as always with the stuff from you. Box was obviously a returned item then all taped up and sent out to me. Missing the 2 carriage bolts and keeper washers. I assure you I will never use etrailer again. And will let everyone I know not to use etrailer again. This was the third thing I ordered from you guys in the last three years missing parts or pieces
One of the wheels is dented on the outer rim, will try and get tires put on today and hopefully it will seal off. Tried to send photo but was blocked for some reason.
We have not installed the legs on the RV yet but the service has been great and the shipping.
I ordered two new side market lamps for my boat trailer. The lights that were on there were the same model. After install, the lights still didn't work. When I unbolted the light from the frame, I noticed it flickered bright. I cleaned the corrosion off the frame and they worked like a champ. These particular lights ground to the trailer with the through stud. So if you have any issues with them clean the frame so they ground correctly. I'm sure the lights I discarded would have still worked if I had cleaned up the mounting area. At least I have a few spares.
I purchased a Curt 6" drop trailer hitch ball mount from etrailer. My Curt drop mount came well packaged and was of excellent quality. I was very pleased with my etrailer shopping experience.
My Curt hitch arrived well - packaged just a couple of days after ordering. With the proper tools as listed in the instructions, including a loaner torque wrench from a local auto parts store (and a handy YouTube video), I was able to install the Curt hitch to my Honda HRV in about 2 hours. Everything went quite smoothly and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I wanted a front trailer hitch for my GMC 1500. What I got was a hitch that said 2500 or 3500 on the package. You acknowledged the mistake and agreed to take it back if I would pay the shipping. If there is a correct hitch you never mentioned it. I have spent the last three days cutting the hitch to fit my truck and I am not done. I don't care if it is not as strong when I am done. All I want to do is carry our e-bikes, 50 lb.

I ordered this Drawtite hitch primarily to use a carrier on the back of my 2016 Lexus RX. I received it on time and as promised. Etrailer provided an accurate description of the product and they even had an instructional installation video on the site for my vehicle. I completed installation in about 20 minutes with no issues.
Fast and easy to order parts the rims had big run of the galvanized must be from hanging hopefully it won't throw the balance off. Tires looked great should be good tires.

The actual site is fairly easy to navigate however the price gouging is ridicules. The same part just the other side is almost twice the price? That is my only gripe with capitalism and monopoly's. OMG i sound like one of those people. Then shipping to Ak is another $100 that's even more stupid. I've been around a while and ordered my share of items online and there have only been a few company's that still don't realize there is ground shipping to Ak and even the usps is not that bad. Just because this site is the only place to order these parts is the only reason im even ordering them and writing this message.
