I have no issues with the hitch but it was a day late and we needed it to take our bicycles with us on vacation. I was told 2 day delivery and it actually took 3 which still is not bad at all but unfortunately I have to return it because that day given was crucial to my order. I was able to get a hitch directly through our Mazda dealer that day and still take our bicycles.

Good experience but I do all the work myself when ordering on line.

Somewhat confusing. When I received my hitch it looked like I ordered the wrong one. I called etrailer and it turned out that it was the correct one.

Nothing too tricky. Just make sure your socket extension IS at least six inches long to give adequate clearance under the tailpipe tip when torqueing down the bolts on that side. My only (nitpicky) complaint is that the picture of the underbody panel and where to make the cutout was kinda dark and took a little looking at to get sorted out. Otherwise, no problem.

I'm a return customer as I bought receiver hitch for my 2015 Infinity which has been fantastic for pulling my utility trailer and now my Aliner Ranger 10 trailer. This purchase is for transporting my New EV Outset my Ryvid. On the rear of my Aliner trailer.

The hitch came for my 2023 Palisade in just a couple of days and along with the hitch were very clear installation instructions with pictures included! I am very pleased!

Installation was very easy, and the the 7 way plug makes it even better to connect to my other trucks. The 3500 lb. A-Frame jack operated flawlessly my trailer is a 10,000 lb & it weighs 2,400 lb empty when loaded with the tractor it come to 8,400 lbs. As expected the electric A-Frame had no trouble lifting from tounge weight & the light comes in very handy when loading early mornings & late nights at the farm. I highly recommend it. I will be purchasing another 3500 lb. Electric A-Frame jack for other trailer.

I ordered a replacement rim and tire for our 1996 Coleman Fleetwood Key West pop up camper. It was exactly what I needed and the rim was close to what we had on the camper. The order was processed and shipped fast. I'm very happy with the results.
