On my tracking it said package was delivered but I did not receive it. I made trailers aware of it. They were very willing to help me track the package. As it turned out, the package was dropped off at the wrong address. It was located down the street from me. Got my part, installed it. I'm very happy.

I have shopped e-trailer since 2018. I called customer service and asked to talk with a install tech. I was told that could not be done. The lady that answered claimed she could help me. Wrong. She did not know the product. I was very put off and unsatisfied.
