I first placed my order online and realized I had ordered the wrong hitch. One ten minute phone call to customer service had my order all sorted out and on the way.

It would be nice for the shipper to notify when the shipment is out for delivery. Check their web site at 8:15 am and all it showed was the it had arrived at our location at 6:01 am. and would be delivered between 5/16 and 5/22. Had to run to town got back a 11am and the shipment was setting at my gate. Check the shippers web site and it then showed it out for delivery/delivered, no times. Outside of packaging was torn but inside protection packing was OK. This is the second delivery for this shipper I had both had damage first one I did not accept damage was so bad.
