I ordered a fifth wheel hitch and a few other miscellaneous items. They were all shipped freight and I was informed it'd be delivered 9 days later. It was however delivered 5 days later.

The package was damaged in shipping and the mounting hardware was lost. Contacted customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement door kit. The new door kit arrived and is installed. Customer service was great.

Website was very easy to navigate. Responsive with order notifications and timely shipping. The installation video on the website was very helpful. Install wasn't overly difficult, but some of the steps were much easier to understand because of the video. The video says that you can use either a bur (grinder) bit or a stepped bit for certain part of the install. I recommend using a stepped bit. I tried the bur bit and barely made progress with it. The stepped bit cost about $60 but was zippy fast.
The product description said it had 3 white stickers on the back to help with leg placement. It does not have the stickers. 😡 the back is blank.
I needed to replace the hinge on the ramp door extension and ETrailer had exactly what I was looking for. I haven't installed it yet, but the delivery was fast and the hinge was packaged well.

USPS did not deliver our package to the correct address and sent it back to trailer, you then sent it to us UPS and it arrived. Use UPS all the time for deliveries please.
