Old tiller rims were badly damaged. You had the exact size rim for the tires.

Everything went fine, as usual. Parts are good quality and service is on time. We have used several of your products, and will continue to do so in the future.

The product is excellent and fit as expected. Looks amazing installed.

The item arrived 2 days later than expected due to shipping delays and it said it required a signature, but it turns out it did not. Fortunately, I work from home. But if I was someone who needed to take time off from work for this, that would have been a significant pain.

The box was damaged when it arrived, but the product seemed unharmed. Part of the reason I chose to go with the Curt hitch this time was due to the glossy finish. The last hitch I ordered from etrailer was a matte black and came with the box torn up and the hitch itself scratched, with bare metal showing in places. I knew the glossy finish would be more durable in that event.

During installation, I found the instructions to not be entirely accurate for my model. There was no mention of any different instructions for my model year and everything said it was compatible. It was, and fit just fine. I just found that the measurements for how much to cut and where to cut on the bumper were not quite accurate. Fortunately, I have experience with this type of work and was able to notice it before making any mistakes.

I would also note that the estimation of 90 minutes for a novice is a bit light. I have a good amount of experience with this type of work. I'm not a professional, but it took me 2 hours and I'm probably faster than most novices.

Awesome people to work with, product looks very well made. Great do it yourself video's everything is installed just have to wire up the break buddy. Had shops wanting to charge 6400 dollars for the equipment and installation. On a 2025 jeep very easy to do I've got about 3hrs in it and the hard stuff is done.

The product was shipped promptly but as I saw in another review, the receiver hitch broke through the box and UPS had to tape bubble wrap over the exposed metal.
My truck has the option including the tow hooks and those have proven to be a problem. They are difficult to get to and remove. I had a guy at my tire shop try to get this done and he could not get there. I am now going to the dealership to try to get it installed. I'm going to end up spending as much money on the install as the hitch, maybe more.
Bottom line, the hitch itself looks to be of high quality. Installation by a novice, at least my truck, is not really feasible. If the dealership is able to get it installed I will update my review.

Not much to say...it was a standard transaction received my parts in a decent amount of time.

I have a circle tubing toe hitch package on my car so I'll just put 2 self tappers in the band, but it's perfect for my set up!

No longer shopping w Amazon so looking for alternatives and found what I needed on trailer. Wish it were free delivery, but I get it. Easy website to navigate and delivery was quick.

Delivery was stated at time of purchase to be Saturday but was not delivered until the following Thursday. Granted there was a holiday on Monday. But I was not notified that shipping would be delayed.
