I'm old, fairly mechanically inclined, totally inexperienced with rebuilding RV trailer hubs/brakes... but seeing the required parts listed along with videos of their installation/adjustment gave me the confidence to do this job. It appears my outer bearing caved in and caused major damage but, thankfully, it came apart as I was backing into my driveway AFTER towing the trailer across a major lake dam and through some complex road construction! Thank you, God!
Unfortunately my order came incomplete. Now it seems I have to order a whole new mat/ rug instead of just the missing portion. This mean I must remove missing pieces from new order or repack the old order. Neither an easy task because it is oversized and the box isn't easy to open without ripping which makes the return that much harder. Not even sure if I have to bring the package somewhere which is also difficult. Not a good purchasing experience at all.
Typical stainless steel fenders found on bass boat trailers. I've ordered same fenders from other places at a much higher price. A few scratches due to poor packaging/handling but it's the same no matter where you get them. Fenders fit great on my 2014 Marine Master tandem trailer and were easy to install. Fenders come bare...no diamond plate step or inner pad...it's the same everywhere. Get your fenders here and order accessory parts/stickers from OEM.
Had the parts I wanted.
The item itself was exactly what I needed (5 stars), but it arrived with some damage due to very inadequate packaging (2 stars). The unit weighs almost 2.5 lbs and has some glass pieces, but it was packed only in a very thin bubble wrap sleeve. As a result, the corners on one side got some pretty big dents. I was able to carefully straighten it out enough where I could mount it, and there was no other visible cosmetic or functional damage, so I decided not to go through the hassle of doing an exchange.
They offered to replace it, but I was able to repair the damage and didn't want to hassle with doing a return.
They had the item I wanted, and I had purchased from etrailer before.
Installing hitch and wiring on 24 Honda Passport very easy. Package arrived quickly. One slight challenge and reason for 4 not 5 stars was that one of the hitch mount holes had to be slightly filed and repainted in order for all the mounting bolts to line up. It wasn't a big deal but made the project take an extra hour. The 4 pin wiring harness was also easy to install. Having a small mirror and flashlight made finding the factory connector easier without removing the side panel. Everything looks and works great.

Shopping was easy. Everything that I needed was referenced to my chosen vehicle, nice. Wiring harness plug support plate was over-priced. Its just a piece of bent metal with a hole in it!
Received package a little late, box was in bad shape but all components were in good condition. Haven't installed it yet so time will tell

It was good. Hitch receiver has over 3 scratches on it. It's supposed to be delivered without scratches. Not a big deal but just feels like it was a demo on a floor to show customers. And I still payed full price after my order.not even 10 hours later the product was dropped almost with $20 and then a day after that the product went up and was still $10 less then I paid

Ordered two plastic covers for an awning motor. Front half and back half. Basic shipping for $4.99 with order placed on Friday got parts to me on Wednesday. I should have realized I would need the screws to fasten the two covers together but did not. I had to provide my own screws but was ok with that. Bag for front cover was previously opened and part may have been a return from someone else. Part appeared new otherwise and fit my 2016 trailer perfectly.
Cost and availability
Everything was great except for one MAJOR thing. From what I could figure, the measurements to trim the bumper in the instructions was off both directions. Perhaps I misunderstood something. Thankfully I marked it according to the instructions and checked it against the vehicle before cutting. I ended up just holding the piece in place and marking it accordingly. I trimmed it with a fine tooth jig saw. Turned out great.

Lost a star rating on horrible packaging. Hitch was outside of box upon delivery. Scratched up quite a bit. Saw on other reviews that the recommendation was to get some black Rust-oleum to cover it up. Fix the package rather than instruct on home repairs.
Online video was spot on for installation. Took about 40 minutes by myself, on the garage floor to install. Straight forward.
Quick shipping, hitch options, used in the past
I knew very little about trailer hitches and I found it easy to learn and understand, so I could order what I needed. However the two end flanges broke through the cardboard shipping box in transit. Paint was scratched off to bare metal. The hitch barely fit in the box and there was nothing to keep the hitch from moving around in transit. I called ETrailer and they gave me a $21 refund to buy some rust oleum paint to touch it up.

The hitch is good and went on easy, but I read reviews that were from 2 years ago complaining about the shipping and how it arrived all scratched up and bent. I thought by now e-trailer would have figured out how to package them to arrive intact, but no. Pulled in my driveway and there it was all ripped apart taped together carboard and yes the hitch was all scraped up and bent and damaged. Figured why waste my breath. WTF
Hitch looks great. Instruction sheet is terrible, but the video is all you need to install hitch. Rectangle plates with offset hole needed some grinding on offset side to align with threaded hole in frame. If your vehicle has lots of miles or in salty area, the threaded holes need to chased with a M12x1.25 tap to clear our rust. Tap is not easy to find at store, get one from Amazon.
Videos on all the products was excellent. Price is also excellent
I've purchased a number of hitches from trailer. Great products at great prices and helpful customer service. My only issue is I've never had a single hitch delivered that has not had some form of damage from shipping. Jane to do a better job with packaging. Many customers have felt the same way.
Price and quality.
Purchased from etrailer.com because of the helpful installation videos. The shipping box had two giant holes in it (one of them taped over) from the heavy hitch that we purchased. There wasn't any internal packing material to stop the hitch from rolling around the box. The hitch could have crushed the other components we purchased. The other components we ordered seem to be fine, but I haven't installed them yet. If they are damaged, then I will update this review.

Ordered an etrailer hitch for my Xterra and it arrived in 2 days fast! Was a difficult install as the holes did not line up w/out removing bolts that should have (according to the instructions) been left alone and using a ratchet strap to torque it into place. Seems otherwise well built so, overall four stars.
Reputation, price, and prior experience.
Order process was very easy. Order arrived quickly via a freight service. Only complaint is that I did not know the order was coming. Delivery showed up two days earlier than confirmation said. Fortunately I was home so everything was good. Would have expected a little better coordination a freight delivery.
Was given as a gift. Arrived in a reasonable time but with part of the hitch sticking out through the carton and scuffed up some. Should still work but it seems like something that costs what it cost should be better packaged for shipping.

Shopping experience was good, and the shipping and delivery was quick. However, when we moved the box to the garage, we noticed it was torn in one corner. We're starting installation this morning, and we're not sure if anything is missing, since there are no instructions or hardware to be found.
Watched installation video to get torque setting, but the video refers viewer to the settings in the instructions. Hoping to find instructions on the website!

Good wheel/tire package to replace a factory 14" that was damaged in a tire blowout. Shipping was fast and on time. I ordered two wheel/tire combos. One was in perfect shape on arrival. The other had a scratch on the face of the wheel (cosmetic only). No issues with fit for my popup camper application.
